The inner torrent of tormented loneliness came raging out when a kind friend was there for me. Instead of turning away from the pain, I turned toward it, and I noticed the pain intensified whenever my friend responded in a caring way. At first I felt very puzzled- why did the pain increase when they were kind? Wow I really had to keep using all my ounce of focus to keep breathing and being extra present with the tears, the pain. I realized this is why in the past I have seemed to naturally avoid really healthy kind people... the deep seated pain roared to the surface, and no one I ever knew except a therapist was willing to be present with such pain. I could feel my power coming back to me as I realized the deep effect from me filling my own tormented void of loneliness with my very own presence. This may sound odd but I'm telling you it took every ounce of my power and focus to let go of the desires to die and just keep accepting the pain and being present with it, looking it straight in the eyes. I will TRY to be brief, but this reading was so very incredibly potent for me. When it first came up on the screen, and before I even started to play the video, I had this intense feeling in my chest, that almost took my breath away and I thought, "okay this is going to change everything."
I started the video and before you spoke a word, I was drawn to the stone that represents pile 2; it was like all I saw was that gleaming stone. Without going into all the messy details, my early life was one hot mess. I have been trying again and again to heal myself.
