Half, I'm an old Vet sitting in the back lot of my housing hangin with the ferrel cats. Since I started devouring your posts, I've noticed a strange development. Any vehicle I see torques my brain into seeing a "what if we chopped that out and scabbed this in... Shinier than a diamond out a Billy goats hiney. Thank you for putting these fantastical ideas out there for all to see. You are a gentleman and a scholar. And for that, cheers from Utah! HaHa!
The transition between the first and second door on the roof looks right with the addition of the last piece you added it gives it a factory appearance and not a hack job cant wait to see the roof done
My buddy had his dog walk through hot sparks after torching and it burnt his paws. From then on, all you had to do was touch the torches and the dog would run. LoL
Hello Brent, life has pushed me in different directions throughout the years. The automotive world has always been in my blood since I was a youngin. Over the years, I have still dabbled with turning wrenches taking care of things. The desire grows as I watch you play. I say play because, you work like an artist painting a canvas. You slice and dice while welding everything back together. It flows from your mind through your finger tips to your canvas. Awesome skills! I subscribed on your 2nd vid of this build. It is a privilege from you to record all you create so we, the viewers, may watch.
What I appreciate Brent is your way of approaching a problem.. You don't have a winter car, so you build something that anyone would kill for for a summer cruiser. Don't have a truck right now so you invent the ultimate 4 WD! I'm afraid to imagine what's next!🤣🤣🤣
Man! That's a lot of work! You manage to sort through problems logically with great outcomes!! I can't wait to see this big boy completed! I'll be here for every video!! lol....Cheers!
Man, just starting it but right off the bat had to stop and say how SWEET that jam at 0:40 seconds is with the rhythm guitar doing that light palm muting undertone with the bass and drums with that smooth lead over it all.
That's what's so awesome about building a custom, there are no "rules." I also think they would visually flow better not "bridged" together but rather, a gentle flow down the corners and taper off.
It’s coming along Brent....love watching your videos,,, I’m 76 retired with muscular dystrophy so have a lot of time on my hands.. keep them coming, cheers from Boston... uncle pap
Thank you for putting out these videos so fast!!! We know how hard you work during the day, so again we thank you for the great videos!!! Love when your doggie flew out the door!!!
A double sunroof would look rad. Awesome truck . Wish they made them from the factory like that. Keep up the good work and be SAFE out there. Hood's Towing Service Nashville, Tennessee
Boy there is no analysis paralysis with you. Pretty new to your channel but you appear to have done this before. You are getting it done. I'm just amazed at this transformation. Looking good.
Dang; tis really starting to "fall into place", so to speak. You have the vision, man, more so than most of us up here in the gallery. Love what you did w/ the "bridge pieces" above the 'B' pillar. Just a bit of persuasion, and not only do they fit like an old glove, but also add rigidity to that large surface area. Nicely done! You are going to have enough room in that very full crew cab for a square dance floor!
Omg the amount of work you’re doing on this project is amazing. The welding so tedious but you do it so well! My husband is so impressed with your knowledge and ability to make and fit all those pieces together. Loving all these videos. Gonna be a beauty! Thanks for sharing
Hey Brent. Nice work. I like to watch building by the seat of your pants. You must go through a lot of wire, gas and grinding wheels in a week. Thanks for sharing and entertaining us. 🍁👍👍
So good to be here on Sunday the 6th Going to have a nice time watching a bunch of cool things going on . Strike up the band Thanks for sharing The welding is not boring. Its a for door Kool. :-) A shave and a shine on the doors looking amazing, nice lines All the welding in time laps shows the work and man hours. On to the roof !
The amount of progress you're making in such a short time is amazing. This is the sort of project that most people start then it becomes a basket case driveway statue for years. I'm impressed with your welder too. Sure does seem to hold up well to the millions of cycles and miles of welding wire.
You do have an eye for what it should look like, you picked up some vehicles that other people didn't see the possibilities that you did. Believing in yourself and knowing you have the skillset to make it work is something those of us who may have wanted to do something this cool don't usually have or we would have something this cool.
I am so interested in this project! It love your innovation skills and how you overcome those tough obstacles. Something I could probably never do. Respect to you! Have a good one.
Coming along great Brett. I wish I lived in Canada, so that I could be your apprentice. I would love to learn how to weld and fabricate like you do. You are extremely talented, and yet some how make all this hard work, look so easy. Thank you for entertaining us. Looking forward to your next video
Just recently discovered this channel and now that I've seen a few episodes of the IH build, I'm a subscriber! So satisfying to see someone work with such passion, skill and great attitude.
Wow, I’m glad I found your channel! This is great stuff! I always wondered why the American truck companies never made 4 door trucks back in the day! It’s seems so logical. The Europeans, Japanese and Australians did. Took a while to catch up!
this going to be one great truck, the cummins , the cab, the extra cab, just everyting is great, one thing I haven't heard you talk about, the radio, that is going to Play More Blues .
Brent you are Rocking on this one. Very much enjoyed the last one watched on Sunday night tons of work. Amazing to see you kick ass. Going to keep my sunglasses close just in case. Thanks for sharing 🙂👍🍻
I just found your channel a few days ago you're very talented I've been watching carefully I'm building an old van I got somebody work to do and some Patchwork to do and I've learned quite a bit in your last two videos looking forward to the rest.👍👍😀🍁
Just some advice. If you didn't take out to eat and sleep you'd get a lot more done. Just a suggestion!!. Great job I love this truck. It would make a nice 5th wheel to haul a trailer for our next project were gonna watch you do. Keep on keeping on
At first I thought what the hell is he doing cutting it like that for, and then I realized what the game plan was, you got it under control, my welding is not as good as yours. Your door jams are far better than any I've seen on this type of build, the damn truck is going to be hoss !
You have Really put Some Time into this One... I sure Love Watching your Videos. Not Gonna be another one like it. Keep Up the Great Work Brother... and Thanks for Sharing
I always think... That's not going to work, then by the end of the video, it looks awesome. I should trust the process! LOL This is an awesome truck and will be pretty sweet when done!
I admire the creativity you use to make interesting vehicles out of low dollar parts that most car guys would overlook. I wanted to say it's good to see you are using a respirator. Hopefully you are using earplugs when you are using the angle grinder to cut through the metal. As much fun as welding and grinding bodywork can be it's still important to do everything you can to minimize exposure to the toxic dusts involved in this work. Human lung tissue was not designed to suck in autobody grinding dust and welding/paint fumes. Skin is not designed to withstand lead dust and other toxic things in old paint along with UV radition from welding with out covering your skin.
Ha ha On a chop I used to tint the side windows that way the anoraks can't clock the pillers the outer side though the clear . "But I know _and you know" your going to smash it out Brent .A little trick I I used to do was knock off the flux on a stick rod and use the rod to profile the edges off the doors gives a nice clean line on a radius. .I do miss those days .thats why I just sit in my Easy chair and watch (fu#king Arthritis) lol

Doors shut like a bank vault! Trucks don't even come from the factory like that.
You're the man Brent!
I said it before and I'll say it again "This man is a hotrod building machine !!"
Dude I must say metal is your clay, absolute magician love the vision bro! NICE JOB !!!!
This exactly. You can't do stuff like this without an incredible ability to visualize things before they're done. A true artist.
Love how you work and your thinking and designing on the fly is a rare talent.
The transition between the first and second door on the roof looks right with the addition of the last piece you added it gives it a factory appearance and not a hack job cant wait to see the roof done
Had to chuckle at your pup. He sees metal and sparks and he's out the door. Very cool project.
Smart boi
My dog would and I think he did, try to bite the sparks
My buddy had his dog walk through hot sparks after torching and it burnt his paws. From then on, all you had to do was touch the torches and the dog would run. LoL

A true artist deserving of an Academy Award as well as constant encouragement 👍

Truck is looking good you are a very talented person love your builds.
Man! That's a lot of work! You manage to sort through problems logically with great outcomes!! I can't wait to see this big boy completed! I'll be here for every video!! lol....Cheers!
My thoughts exactly.
Same
Wow ,your vision, your talent second to none! Fun to watch.....amazing
Using roof cutouts on opposite sides is genius. Saw that for first time on your 51 Dodge back door chop; your site is on my daily fix list. thanks.
Man, just starting it but right off the bat had to stop and say how SWEET that jam at 0:40 seconds is with the rhythm guitar doing that light palm muting undertone with the bass and drums with that smooth lead over it all.
je suis votre travail depuis le début, ce que vous faites est vraiment super, bravo du grand art :)
She's really starting to come along, looking great!
by far my favorite truck build on youtube thus far, keep up the great work as it inspires me to get out in the garage.
Cut, grind, hammer, weld - repeat!! Lots of work but what a cool project man! Your vision is great, and she sure is coming together!! Take care Brent!
The drip rail should connect. It's really taking shape. Looking forward to the roof skin.
That's what's so awesome about building a custom, there are no "rules."
I also think they would visually flow better not "bridged" together but rather, a gentle flow down the corners and taper off.
It’s like a early Christmas present for me when these pop up! Wish I could smash that like button a million times
Man, I keep looking forward to every new video of this build! Fascinating! Thanks!
It’s coming along Brent....love watching your videos,,, I’m 76 retired with muscular dystrophy so have a lot of time on my hands.. keep them coming, cheers from Boston... uncle pap
Love how the front of the rear doors came out! Man I just love this truck soooo unique! CAN NOT WAIT TO SEE HER DONE!

I'm loving this build. Good job man. TONS of work into that sheet metal.
Keep up the good work - she's really starting to look like a 'real' crew cab truck!
Thank you for putting out these videos so fast!!! We know how hard you work during the day, so again we thank you for the great videos!!! Love when your doggie flew out the door!!!
Shaping up to look like a factory original.
One of one. Enjoying your progress with this project. Thanks for sharing with us.
I’ll be honest I had my doubts that the Moore door would go but now. I’m loving it you definitely had a vision and it’s so cool
Very cool to watch you run through this man, really, really cool.
A double sunroof would look rad. Awesome truck . Wish they made them from the factory like that. Keep up the good work and be SAFE out there.

Definitely looking “factory” !!
Excellent work
Love the cutting, welding parts, it shows what an experienced welder does, step- wise, to gain major panel changes, love it!....

Definitely one of the more interesting builds going on on UA-cam! I can't weight to see the roof and running boards play out! Great stuff!!
Badass Brent awesome job 👍
A continuous drip rail over both doors would tie the look together nicely. Great work!
Put that split back window on the back of that cab that look sick it’s coming to gather 🤙
My thought exactly. I would have used the split window cab back personally as well.
Split is where its at...
Omg the amount of work you’re doing on this project is amazing. The welding so tedious but you do it so well! My husband is so impressed with your knowledge and ability to make and fit all those pieces together. Loving all these videos. Gonna be a beauty! Thanks for sharing
haha she's just a big puzzle I had in my head and I just had to make my own pieces haha
I call it the Dodge Frankinbinder. I built myself a 93 super cab from a 2WD to 4x4 5 speed
last year took me a month. All OEM and mint
Hey Brent. Nice work. I like to watch building by the seat of your pants. You must go through a lot of wire, gas and grinding wheels in a week. Thanks for sharing and entertaining us. 🍁👍👍

The roof is coming along nicely 👍👍🇨🇱
Damn good job .I drove a r190 hauling cattle one year when I was 17.
Love the truck working by yourself you're doing real good looks great be safe and carry on.
