I think most of these are all good changes
My only worry for the heat system is the prop gear being the most viable gear too have to avoid killing guards to not raise you're heat level, and fighting in crowds is now a much bigger risk because hitting any innocent person will cause you too lose fights even faster now because you take more damage,
Hopefully knocking an npc is what raises heat level and not hitting one, because melee could be a way to know if an npc is an agent or not without raising the heat level of you're own.
Madam is much stronger now because if she transfers into another body she's basically unkillable because wrong guesses makes you easier too eliminate.
Hans is actually more viable to reveal players in a huge crowd because his ability has a huge hit box and it doesn't damage targets.
They have removed limb damage meaning shooting the arm is counted as a body shot. Just think how it works in OW.
