- Yo so this is a not a good one to post, I got food poisoning on race day and it drained me. sorry to let you all down but will come back stronger in Newcastle this weekend.

It's so grim when you have food poisoning especially if you're trying to bounce round an Enduro circuit!! I don't know how you managed but that's behind you now and I can't wait to see you in Newcastle on Saturday. 😄😄😄😄😄 xxxx

I was on a Moto trip last year and stayed at a campsite in Greece, around 2am I could feel something stirring so quickly made my way to the toilets...where I stayed until 6am.
Rapid Braap from both ends, distorted vision combined with freezing and boiling up, definitely food poisoning and it totally drained me !
A massive respect to you for keeping going when all you want to do is lie down somewhere quiet, I don't know how you managed it .

Johny the stomach bug can be picked up almost everywhere. Learn from US troops or Schwarzenegger eating only your stuff and using only your cutlery and mug. Fantastic performance of you that day. Would it be possible to join you during racing, as a guest? Not for free of course, as I would pay my expenses.

I can remember a similar race I had as a British Superbike rider, vomming all over, couldn’t remember having been out for qualifying that evening, bloody horrible having to push on, fair play and well done for a decent result in those circumstances
