absolute beast , congrats on the build , have a honda cb650c 1981 and i want to did what you did with yours , any hp numbers ? or times 0-100 ? 100-200? , Thanks in advance!
Thank you bro :) I did a dyno run last year and it put down 61,9hp but since then i ported my head, ported the carbs, changed the exhaust to a bigger diameter, got new pistons and changed the ignition system to a digital free programable one. Also i changed a lot of small things like position of camshaft with a slotted gear and a lot more :) It runs way over 200+ km/h, the highest i saw on my speedo was 238km/h but it was terrifying xD Wish you alot of fun with your build, the bike is so amazing ❤️
@@SuuperSXV wow bro !! 238 km top speed and 62 hp before the stuff you did , your bike is amazing now , which carbs you have on? am thinking of the mikuni rs , but i dont know if there are worth 800+ euros more than rebuilding my keihin VB ones , anby recomendations (am new to the bike world to be honest ), do you have a link where you bought the new pistons from? thank you in advance mate
@@christoskapnisi2021 I drive the original keihin vb54 carbs but modified them to work with my velocity stacks. You need to raise the needle with shiming it or get adjustable ones, shorten carefully the spring to compensate the lower pressure difference because of pods or stacks. I would not go with CR carbs if you driving on the street. Also there is no need for bigger carbs if you will not change the cam or bigger pistons. The 26mm diameter of the standard carbs isn't choking you down. Rebuild your top end, new pistons/rings, new valve seals and headgasket will stop your engine burning oil. Then portmatch your intake ports, just make them smooth. Lap your valves and your done. Just get a feeling for your bike before spending so much money for nothing. A good flowing exhaust combined with tuned carbs will open your engine up. Later you can move forward to the next stage. Go to cruisingimage for pistons, it's like 110€ directly from japan
@@SuuperSXV thank you for the info bro , appreciate it a lot , now i know i will stick with the stock keihin carbs and follow your advices , waiting more videos from you and your beast , take care mate

Nice! 😁👍👍
💯😍🔥🔥🔥
What happend to your aprilia sxv550 sumo?
I had some oil pressure problems after the rebuild. Had to check them first before going crazy with the bike :/
What velocimeter you buy?
Ich brauche mehr sxv viedeos 🥺
Dude i dont see you hands moving a bit while shifting up???
The bike has a quickshifter, easy full throttle shifts 😁
where did you get the exhaust?
I build it by myself, so basically there are 4 universal reverse cone muffler some piping in between and the oem header
