- i dont like soushin pls dont interpret any of this as romantic
- greenblings completely platonic
- i do like keishin it's sprinkled in throughout hahaa
umm little notes on some shots if ur curious w what my brain was cooking:
- 1st main game when everyone looks at shin is supposed to make him nervous bc of the bleeding eyes he sees in his nightmare in 2.1
- the events are not chronological because i wanted certain scenes to fit the lyrics (kanna's death)
- does anyone else think shin has ocd ∠( ᐛ 」∠)＿ - Розваги
for years i kept thinking the scarf bitches were the same guy and every single time someone around me got into it they show me that they arent the same guy and i keep forgetting it again every single time it's like a horrible awful cycle that im stuck in help me im in a time loop
there is a surprising amount of people ive met who thought they were the same person

This is so beautiful AAAAAA… idk how intentional it was but the bits chosen for full animation were perfectly timed and def made great emotional impact. Also I love Sara with freckles 😭😭🥺🥺 AND ALL THE GREENBLINGS STUFF OOGH…. My heart… also I admit I giggled seeing how tall Midori was compared to shin JAJSJAJAJAJ and I liked the coffin/banquet scenes. Shins reaction to the risks they may kill Gin showing he still cares.. also midoris nervous expression turned smile I liked that a lot
ALSO YES OCD SHIN SO REAL!!!!! So real in my heart I love that for him…

URRGHHHHHH GOD THIS IS SOOOO GOOOOOOOOOODDDD!!!!!! HRURGRH THAT ONE MERGING OF THE MOMENT WHEN HE GETS KNOCKED OUT INTO WHEN HE WAKES UP IN THE ROOM WITH THE PERCENTAGES IS SOOOOOOO GOOOOOOOD!!!! ALL THEIR FACES ARE SO EXPRESSIVE AND THERES SUCH A NICE FLOW TO EVERYTHING??? EVERYTHING FROM THE SCARF TO PICKING UP A CARD HAS THESE REALLY BEAUTIFUL CURVES OF MOVEMENT AND THE STORY FLOWS BEAUTIFULLY AS WELL. THE WAY HE REPEATEDLY GOES BACK TO THAT MOMENT WHERE HE FIRST SEES THE 0% OVER AND OVER AGAIN EACH TIME HE'S TOO DISTRESSED AUGHHH!! THE CHOICE OF WHAT SCENE GOES IN AND WHAT DOESN'T FEELS REALLY FITTING FOR SOU'S NARRATIVE!! JOE AND MISHIMA AND KAI'S DEATHS AREN'T SHOWN!! AND THAT MERGING OF SARA MOVING TO SHAKE KANNAS HAND INTO HER VOTING FOR KANNA AUGG!!!! THE JOE AI COMING THROUGH THE SCREEN WHILE HE WATCHES????? HIS FEIGNED NONCHALANCE AND ANGER WHEN KEIJI POINTS IT OUT!!! THE WAY HE THEN GOES BACK TO ALL THE MORE AFFECTIONATE MOMENTS WITH KANNA WHEREAS BEFORE IT WAS SHOWING MOMENTS WHERE HE WAS MOSTLY MANIPULATING HER RATHER THAN MOMENTS WHERE HE SHOWED GENUINE CARE!!! OH GOD THE WAY MIDORI TOWERS OVER HIM THE WAY HE'S WORRIED ABOUT GIN THE WAY YOU CHOSE TO HAVE THAT MOMENT OF GENUINE FEELING BETWEEN GIN AND Q-TARO WHEN EARLIER THE FOCUS WAS MOSTLY ALL ON HIM AND HIS FEELINGS AND THAT LAST BIT WHERE THEY ALL BLINK OUT OF EXISTANCE HRRGHJLJN IM SO INSANE ABOUT THIS ITS SOOO GOOD ITS SO GOOD IM LOSING IT GOD HRRGHRGRHJ!!!!!!
when I saw the first frame I knew that this would emotionally wreck me but HOLY SHIT. your art style is AMAZING WAAAAAAGH. shin's expressions are fantastic... you can see the emotion on his face throughout the entire game, especially during big moments. also there's so many little details that I appreciate but I'll just name one: midori is always above shin: sitting in a taller chair at the beginning, towering over him when they meet in 3a, and even while being drilled in the coffin, he's on a platform that makes him higher. neat reference to their power dynamic--midori is the one with control.
does this make sense?? ANYWAY this animatic is 100/10. now time to go cry bc logic route /j

This is stunning!! you captured everyones character so well especially shins and the animated bits sent shivers down my spine amazing!!!
I can't put into words how much I like this animatic. Everything about it is perfect, god your attention to detail is insane! The shots are all so full of life and meaning, you really summed up Shin's perspective!
My favorite moment is when Shin's running from his shadow and Miley closes the door from behind, it just looks so cool.
