    Tried these tips out today and shot my lowest round ever. I’m a 3 handicap and shot 67 today. Wedges and irons felt so good. Hit 16 greens. Thanks Adam your tips have helped my game in so many ways this year.

    This was the first of your videos I've watched. I took these tips straight to the course and was realy surprised that with less effort how much it improved my overall wedge play. Great stuff!

    I very rarely feel the need to comment on YT videos but for this one I have to give credit where credit is due. I have watched every YT golf coach you can think of to learn how to flight my wedges and nothing worked. Lots of coaches talking about putting the ball off be back foot, opening stance line etc., Adam is the only coach that I have found to recommend this technique and I went to the course with low expectations. Low and behold, I was wrong. The difference in flight was night and day and more importantly, it was so easy and natural that I didn't feel uncomfortable standing over the shot. Thanks Adam, you have changed my game with your tips (especially the setup hip bump) and I will never watch another coach again. I've unsubscribed them all 😂

    I've just come back from Portugal playing golf surprisingly, I attended the Portuguese masters and got to watch 3 pros hitting 110 yard shots into the 10th, I couldn't believe how low they were coming in, very good vid.

    Hey Adam - I love your hammering the nail analogy. What do you think of the swing thought of “swinging the handle” instead of the club face? I find it very easy to keep my hands close and “hammer the nail” with that cue.

    Great video! I need so much help with my wedges. Losing 8 strokes a game because of my inability to hit wedges.

    Hey Adam, for the flighted wedge shot, should i release with the body or release the hand more?

    Hey Adam , are flighted shots full shots? When would a golfer take normal stance as far as distance from the ball.?

    I have a huge gap between my 9 and PW. At what point should I be looking at doing this flighted shot vs. The ‘7i swing’? Is it starting at PW? Is it dependent on loft? Shaft length? Distance of shot?

    Does Adam teach a variation of stack and tilt? I just watched a hardcore stack and tilt UA-camr and he talked about a 1” hip bump and 60% weight forward at setup. ?

    • @seanvanwoerkom7231
      @seanvanwoerkom7231 Рік тому

      It’s often confused but stack and tilt is keeping the weight on that lead side through the entirety of the swing. Adam’s hip bump is to promote a deeper turn without any sliding or swaying while still transitioning weight to the trailing side as the chest turns over the back foot. With flighted wedges the “feeling” most need to feel would be similar to a stack and tilt simply because we are trying to promote that angle attack by keeping the weight more on the lead side but as we progress through the bag it’s definitely not stack and tilt. Hopefully that helps!

      I was hitting a 54. And yes it’s the same move and feeling across the wedges as well as flighted irons but with a wider stance.

    Hmmm, more consistency, better contact, repeatable distance with less effort?? Yeah, I’ll take some of that. I see so many people on the range arm swinging wedges, I want to help them so bad, but dare not be that guy.
