+Seberiana Lopez me too. start with 0.1 walk forwards, backwards, sidewards. 1 minute each. and try stepping on the sides (where it doesnt move) if your treadmil has it. then do again on speed 0.2 .3 .4 .5 and so on. safety is priority. skill will follow

He is a dance choreographer, and after accidentally making his Facebook post (the first ever upload of this video) public, instead of private, he actually took it as an opportunity to expand. Now he does more than just choreography. Ladies... He's single and straight, but suffers from ADD, so he's all over the place, which would explain why he's single; women don't have the patience to deal with him.
