I use this channel as background music for work, writing music, reading music, and for meditation. Most of my meditative work is done by mentally placing myself in forests, by bodies of water, or in fields of flowers. The Elven realms are perfect for this! Thank you!

Exactly!! I was just going to comment for anyone who wasn't familiar with the game. It really is a great game and the storyline fits really well with the trilogy.
So I’ve just come out from being a prison officer. It was a horrible environment the things I had to deal with (not just being physically attacked and having to restrain these people every week) I’m finally out and in a new job and listening to this actually made me cry. These imagined places are so wonderful and there’s so much to life I regret wasting my time and ruining my happiness by being in that place. This music is helping me heal.

This is the one of the authors of "At the Edge of Lasg'len," currently the longest JRR Tolkien fanfiction. The Woodland Realm and King Thranduil are central figures of this over 6 million word and growing novel. I just found this new AW, and would like to sincerely thank you for this and all your Middle Earth creations. We are entering our eighth year of this huge writing project; I have been an AW fan for many of those years. Listening, and looking at this animation of the portico overhanging the Great Gates...it feels like the needed encouragement amidst a year fraught with difficulties. Sunlight on the row of receding trees hammered into the huge doors...it's one of my favorite (and usually overlooked) artistic elements from the films. The music to write by is much appreciated. "And on the day of the New Year of the Elves, Celeborn and Thranduil met in the midst of the forest; and they renamed Mirkwood 'Eryn Lasgalen,' the Wood of Greenleaves."
