Thankyou for some tips, which i didnt know when i made this same type of bag in 2020 but with 1.6-1.8mm veg tanned by hand dyeing myself. I also didnt want to out turn the bag. so did the same style side stitching. Will do it again with the learned things. Thanks

Beautiful bag, love the color. And for a great cause; it's good to know there are still wonderful people helping others, God bless you.
On one point though there were times when the music was too loud and covered over your voice so it was hard to hear you. Would be a much better video if it was more lightly in the background or even off while you were speaking. Otherwise a good informative video.

Thanks! I appreciate the feedback about the audio being too loud in the background. In future videos I will definitely pay close attention to this aspect of editing.
      God Bless!

The bag is absolutely beautiful. I really love the colour. Where do you learn how to mix and create your own dyes? And your work is so neat and so clean. Even your workshop space is incredibly neat!
Can you please tell me, how big is that grey cutting mat that you work on?
    Awesome work. Thanks for sharing

Thanks Rodric! I learned mixed and creating colors basically through trial and error. I found it difficult to get a rich, nice color when I started leather crafting and am still working on developing my colors….The cutting mat is 24”x36” and I found it on amazing.
      Thanks for your support!

It’s nice to promote Tandy Leather but we’re hear to learn so you can’t keep secrets. It would be nice to know what the measurements for the bag are (not on pattern). Very interesting video would be how you came up with the leather dye.

Nice work, thanks for the video. Since it's veg-tan and such a large space(s), I'd have to tool it. But to each his/her own.

Can you please tell me where you get that big grey cutting mat from and what size is it. Thank you

Nice video! Could you also have attached the pocket with the straps using the same rivets instead of sewing?

When you “oil”, are you applying neatsfoot oil? Well done I love it. Thank you for the reply.

OLD Leather Smith here, nice video great 4 beginners, some suggestions. When I put straps or buckles on I ALWAYS use Chicago Screws 4 future breakage, rivets R hard 2 remove. Bees wax on tools that penatrate leather come out easie1r, and try the backward stitch only 1 needle required and sll stitches R locked in. Just some things I do, if you don't know how I would be happy 2 teach you or anyone else,
Or a baseball stitch would work and look better, my opinion. GOD'S BLESSINGS ✝️⚾🙃

Whoever mixed this episode needs a good talking to - from 0m24s we can BARELY here the narrator over the music. I stopped at 1min in.

We made this video! I’m sorry that you did not like the audio mixing. We are small business, new to video editing and mixing. Hopefully you’ll enjoy something we make in the future. Cheers
