Heya Arch! Your 3012 is a 1969 which can be verified by looking at the engine numbers which are located on the blower housing just under the air filter and that decal. May have to sand the surface to get the numbers to pop up. Weight plates, $50 each, stinger weight $100 and Doughnut weights $125 each. So there's some serious money in just the weights! The stinger weight goes into the rear sleeve hitch and it counter balances the front implement. In this case, spring trip blade, which is another $200. The Variable drive belt is made of unobtainium and expect to pay $100+ for a replacement if you can find one. Lastly, the headlights.....If they work and the bulbs have a Triangle with a "G" in the center then they are another $35 each for just the bulbs. I can go on, but this was an EXCELLENT Buy. The Start Button is actually a foot start button from earlier GM Vehicles and it's made by Delco Remy. Cover the gas cap as well. If that gas tank is good, that's easily another $200 item and not covering the gas cap while stored outside will let water get into the tank and rust it out. Also, when you DO put a battery in, put a barrier like a piece of 1/4 inch piece of plywood between the battery and tank to prevent acid from eating away at the tank. I also have a real time video taking one of these engines out and it literally can be done in 20 minutes by following the video. Also, let me know if you need manuals for the engine and tractor and I can email them to you. Definitely a super nice find with all the extras it came with. As for the points.....get an Nova II ignition module to put in place of the points for more reliable spark if you stick with the original coil. But, using a Magnetron in place of the standard coil kills two birds with one stone. Cheers Buddy! Zip~
