so very pleased to see this restoration video i have half dozen old fans i redid two as best i could nothing this detailed s wht you have done here ... but I have one brass GE that is in near perfect shape i truly need to clean out and replace the grease. seeing this video gives me the courage to do it although also scares me a little bit. my giant gfreshend air fan upstairs blew its shims out a while ago and now its got to be restored as well.. thanks so much again for this video.. especially enjoyed the cat conversations..as i sit daily and have entire discussions with a 15 year old half Siamese.
Old fans are nice I rebuilt a 20’s 5 speed cast iron brass blade century in my dorm room and a late 30s chrome plated blade 8” arctic aire and they are nice
I recently picked up a cheaper GE fan, got it for a decent price because they plugged it in and it started to turn then just stopped and hummed, turned out the sacrificial gear had stripped out and was jamming up. So got it working great, though it wont oscillate anymore but I can deal with that. Looking forward to seeing this one done

Get them a Temptations 'Snacky Mouse' or two to bat about. It's good practice for when they encounter the real things and it reinforces the association of mice with good eatin'...

Always enjoy the content Brandon! We realize life gets "in the way" with producing UA-cam videos. I really enjoy the house content too!
