Hi Kathryn - please explain what the HOA & CDD (definition?) fees cover. Love your presentations & I am planning to move to Parrish within the next few months from Alexandria, VA. Cheers, Marv 😊
Hi Marv! I’m from Richmond!!😱 Here’s a video explaining the diff between HOA & CDD. And don’t hesitate to call! I’d love to hear your plans! ua-cam.com/video/wlU6mt3O2iY/v-deo.htmlsi=8ULnA02L_OSCuleT
Hi Marvin! I appreciate you supporting the channel🤩. Isles at Bayview is a great community with 4 builders currently: Pulte, Inland Homes, Maronda & David Weekley. These homes range from the $370k-$580 range & a generous amount of floor plans overall. I will point out that some of the lots in this community are very close to I-75 & even the lots that are more tucked away from the interstate can hear the traffic.😳 So, for the buyers I work with when we go to this community, I always recommend finding a lot that is further from I-75/Carter Rd. so that the traffic noise is not as noticeable...because there are some really nice lots further back. If you need help I'm always here!😁
Only thing I don’t like about Isles at Bayview is the mix of builders in there. There is A WIDE range of price points in the different builder quality and home styles. And it’s noticeable.
Definitely why it’s important to drive through a community first & then decide if seeing the model homes is what you want to do. There are several ‘combo’ communities in Parrish, LWR, Bradenton & other areas where varying builders & price points are available. Drive through them first to see if it’s the vibe you like, then check out the houses. I’m happy to help when you’re ready to get your investigation on😉🤣

I would really like to know the starting price of these homes, they are very nice!😁😁😁🤑
Does that builder also build in other counties? I’m just a little north of tampa on the pasco line.
Hi Brian. The Inland Homes website will show all the areas/counties where they build. They’ve got some nice floor plans!😊
Can you do a video on the 1.9 Million in Parrish (ISLES)
Which address? Isles of what? let me know
Sorry should have waited till the end on the price.😄
I'm very interested. Great job.

@@HomeswithNewman yes, I didn’t realize that most communities are a mix of builders, some more cohesive than others.
@@jazzyflorida3757 But…there are plenty of communities that are only developed by one builder as well.
