Planners would never let you use it for actual use as an entrance/ exit. Its for emergency vehicles only if cars were to go off the edge of the slip road

fished it for years back in 70,s and 80,s very good fishery back then good head of big roach tench that went from 5lb to 10lb it held the british record bream for a good few years with several different fish and the carp were only a few(i never fished for them)which were in the twenties back them
There is a hole in the fence on the layby u go throw the fence and the lake is right there we used to fish it really big bream and carp used to be a match pit really dodgy at night

Used to cycle from Kidlington, Cross the A34 with bikes and gear and access from the layby on A34. Big pike and tench.
