Ingredients
3 cups of flour

1 spoon of yeast
1 teaspoon of baking powder
A pinch of salt
1 spoon of vinegar
• For filling
6 spoons of sugar
6 spoon of flour
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
In the other part of the bread filling, I added a spoonful of raw cocoa and a sprinkle of instant coffee
-Put semsem on it after shaping
leave the dough to rise again after shaping for about half an hour and put it in a preheated oven at 170 degrees
After about 10 minutes, we take a look at it, and if the bread takes on a golden color from underneath, we put it on the grill until it takes on a color, then we take it out.
After it comes out of the oven while it is hot, we sprinkle water on it, then cover it and leave it for about 8 minutes, then it is ready☺️❤️
