It's beautiful. The only thing I would change would be to take down the living room wall because the living room looks odd without a window. Then I would use the final bedroom space for the living room and enjoy the window. The actual living room space would have a massive dining table.
Whoever you are that is walking around filming this, you do the best job that I have seen so far in capturing every square inch and not rushing through things. 👏👏👏 I love how you turn around and look back the other way, which gives a person a really good feel for what the space looks like and its size and shape. I wish other people would show off spaces the same way. I often feel confused about what I'm looking at or want them to slow down or pan to another direction and open up closets to see what's inside and how big they are.

I'd take out the wall between the front room from the kitchen area and have dining and living separate, no need for an extra bedroom on the garden level. The basement could be a soundproof recording studio or a wine cellar if you like wine.

I remember as a kid, we would call the these homes “Campbell Soup or Coke cans” for the miles of aluminum siding throughout Brooklyn and Queens. They derided as déclassé in the past and now are sought after and fashionable.
Great rooms. Only rooftop area within sight. The kitchen is beautiful. My only question, is there is no immediate egress from the kitchen to the street? The yard doesn’t have any exits being flanked on both sides by the neighbors yards.
