I had the an idea to put hexagonal dimples on the top surface of a wing to improve lift, the airflow would induce low pressure in the dimples like a pneumatic spray gun pulling paint out the pot. Lumps along the top leading edge would add a second dimension to the Venturi enhancing the pressure difference. The tips of the blades have a much higher airspeed than the parts closer to the mast, I wonder if 2 shorter blades perpendicular to the long rotors would improve the overall efficiency of the rotor disc.

+horashia Quadcopter is not efficient, what about a 6 meter diameter helicopter. With 40 hp you can fly very high and very fast. Think about a 600rpm blade frequency. You could fly 200km/h very easily
