- I started a #TikTok storytime series on Racism and Antisemitism that I experience as a Rabbi and a Jew of color. Most of these stories will be about my experiences in the Jewish community and the intersection of racism and antisemitism.

One of he many things and there are many that I love about the Jewish community is our dedication to "Tikkun Olam" (repair the world). What a great place to start is within our own community to contribute to the end of racial bias. What a missed opportunity, hopefully next time they will come to the table, they definitely missed out on a treat!!!
Shalom!
Thank you for shedding light on this Rabbi. Shuls need to stop tolerating bigotry from members just because they're high donors; I *know* there are stances that would be a dealbreaker, an "I don't care how much money you have, you can't be a member here if that's what you think" -- and the fact that pretty blatant racism wasn't a dealbreaker stance is disgusting.
I am laughing on the floor and rolling! Bob, talk about centering yourself! 'Tearing my community apart?!" 'Angry' must be the best euphamism ever, especially when you couch it by saying 'they are not racist'.
Their loss. I'm happy to have you as my rabbi. :)
Thank you ❤️❤️
You seem like a very sincere and sweet person. I am not Jewish so I didn’t know this, but I thought that Rabbi’s were all men.
No. Tons of women are rabbis. Also Google is free and easy.
Sister you're not Jewish by way of a Rabbinic religion.
You're a true descendant of ancient Israelites.
Because nice people are angry…
I do have a question. No insult intended, but are women allowed to be rabbis, according to Jewish laws or traditions.
Yes
Thank you for being so straightforward and to the point.Much respect.
