The music in the credits at 45:09 was changed because, as usual, I received a copyright claim on the original music. The song I used to replace it was "The Flintstones - Unused Song 2" and the original song is a remix of Baltimora's Tarzan Boy.
Fantastic work, your run was absolutely beautiful! Was a pleasure seeing all of these new strats and i think a few of them i can actually incorporate into an rta run 👍 quick question: i go for a camera manip at the start of the second half of idle hands to avoid having to use the clock to stop Yoshi. Have you investigated to see if the intended solution or the camera manip is faster?
Wow, it's good to see you here man and I'm glad to know that some strategies can work in the RTA. Thank you bro! But as for the camera manip, unfortunately I haven't tested this strategy. I tested several different strategies, but none worked and this strategy of manipulating the camera so that Yoshi appears later didn't even occur to me. I don't know if it would be faster :(
ua-cam.com/video/tdGOPbO1X24/v-deo.htmlsi=p7LkuIscmTiTxoPQ&t=2165 for the manip. There was also a lot of (somewhat) untested theories on yoshi tricks with the spring and red shell to get more clock skips in. So if anyone ever revisits this in the future, there's some possible investigations to be had :). Shout outs to Igor for this updated iteration, of course-The Eyrie is chef's kiss.
Some small things I noticed and appreciated: Mario is ducking for every door entry Every boss kill ends with mario in a unique pose (I especially like the king boo kill where mario is about to be squished) The moments when mario slows down in a dangerous position (like staring down the chuck) Great TAS, lots of fun.
Is there something that determines how the passages in Orbliette work? I remember the prior TAS had to go through a few more rooms to get to the end stage orb. Overall very nice improvement to an already solid baseline TAS.
The code that appears at the end of the video "B A R B Down A B Select" releases the door. I believe that in the previous TAS he did not know this code. In this case, you have to write this code in sequence, in the controls. You can't see it because I wrote too fast, but at 0.25x speed it might be possible.
I do 6/5 manually, but maybe you can do it with macros, but I don't know how to use it very well and I don't understand it. And regarding the inputs, it is a Bizhawk script that comes with the emulator itself.
@@IgorOliveira666do you create the encode from bizhawk directly or do you use a separate program to record the screen? I didn't know you could make lua script stuff show up on the screen like that
No, it's a script that comes bundled with Bizhawk. You configure the script and then record the movie with the "capture OSD" and "capture lua" options activated.

Ok
Although some levels can't be broken too much, the result is still incredible, good work!
Thank you bro!
I swear SMW Romhacks are the only thing that's gonna keep me going for the next four years
So much fun to see this hack TAS'd. Thanks!
Really awesome to see you do this. Loved your work on GPW3
Thanks man 🤜🤛
9:48 Mario syncs with the music!
Hands down the best SMW romhack ever made. Awesome to see the TAS!!
Glad you liked it!
The skips are so clean this is actually insane.
Thank you for making this! Was fun to watch.
Glad you liked it!
Always great to see an awesome TAS for an awesome ROMhack!
Looks really fun!
One level has sonic music in it I like it well done for completing the levels
THIS WAS INSANE
That looks like a TAS run, insane. GG
Swaggy TAS

🧪🧑🔬 back to the lab 🤣
Stew…don’t go any fast man…you’re gonna get a reckless driving ticket. 😂

It's a shame that Mitch couldn't play this at GDQ, but this is a great consolation run
Good!

Really cool details, thanks for the comment!
This is crazy
Ah yes Grand Poo World 2 100% good ending speedrun 🗿👌😎👍 be like:
Nice TAS! Now all that's missing is Grand Poo World 1.
If you prefer to play a puzzle hack, give it a try Super Nerv World.
Thanks bro
Someone told me you couldn't spin jump on Bowser fire 😂
: )
Music do boss final qual é
Hey! Great vid, just asking what emulator/TAS program did you use?
Also I'd like to ask about a few other TASses, is that ok?
I use BizHawk 2.6.3
@@IgorOliveira666 How dod you get that input display?

If I remember correctly, that code was added in an updated version, and I used a version before it @@IgorOliveira666
Oh, so maybe that's it. I also remembered to mention in the description that this TAS was made in version 1.1 of the hack.
Missing GPW1 lol
Yeah 😅
22:40 where the hell did that ball come from?
It's the same ball that spawned to the left a few moments before. Because Mario was on the other side, it spawned to the right 😅
For that input display, is there a script or something that automatically does each input, or do you manually do it yourself
Second question, is there anyway to speed up the process of 6/5ing
I do 6/5 manually, but maybe you can do it with macros, but I don't know how to use it very well and I don't understand it. And regarding the inputs, it is a Bizhawk script that comes with the emulator itself.
How did you add that controller on the bottom left?
Lua script on Bizhawk

@@IgorOliveira666Alright, thanks
43:35 qual o nome da musica
Pesquise "GPW2 Soundtrack" no UA-cam e você vai descobrir o nome de todas às músicas da hack
This is TAS WR, right? 😅
Yeah, right 😅
