From what I understand, the way to start is to look up an industry that’s fragmented but could benefit from working in a more integrated way, buy companies from the industry that work well together, layer on technology to make them efficient then work on making sure that the companies bought integrate well with each other so that they work well and make money. Have I described this correctly ?
