The figures written on the dependency network (for 'c' - 'g') are pessimistic estimates instead of expected, so the path sums are wrong but we get the gist, nice explanation, thank you!
I am sure you go on to explain this in another video but it might be worth mentioning here that you should record the actual start and end dates/times once each activity is completed. That way you can start to measure how your team's estimates stack up to reality and in future projects compensate for that.
The subject so simple .made it so complecated
Something is wrong in numbers... "acg" is 11+9+13=33
and so others...
Yes, I caught that too. I confused me. I got 33 as well.
Excellent lesson!
Thank you, it was helpful

@@coaboa5339 now the question is how big is the fuck
So, how did you figure out the variance? That was not shown.
+Zippy DoDah [(pessimistic-optimistic)/6]^2... thats variance.. check out PERT
@@patrickdkinuthia2160 4+4(11)+17/6=10.8 so round to 11

His calculations are off in the end.
Actually this one seriously not clear at least you must show in white board how to get all TE amount rather than just said one only
Same calculation others insert here more better than yours... Please take class with them then start your channel especially with calculations
