Native Utahn here. Maverik is by FAR the superior gas station across all of the state. Everything Delta said here, is true. I am an avid avoider of Gas stations, but this one. *Chefs Kiss*

That whole situation was blown way out of proportion. It's so irritating that so many fans, many of whom are extremely young and immature still have such an issue with any critiism or negative opinion a queen may have on another queen. Willam specifically said she didn't like his finale outfit and some others but made it quite clear how much she respects her, they both follow each other and have worked together countless times. F*ck I know many people who i've worked with or had to work with in jobs who I can't stand or personally vibe with and that's OKAY. We don't have to be friends or get on with everyone, just be respectful and civil.
what happened?
I had no problem with Willam not liking Sasha's aesthetic, but her rants about the rose petals just felt out of proportion and trying to undermine Sasha by making her seem unsportsmanlike. Her way of delivering this criticism was a tad disrespectful and too much. That being said, I don't think Willam should get a lot of shit for it, I personally just did not like it because it did not seem constructive or reasonable.@@MrShnier
Not everything has to be reasonable or constructive tho. He's his own person with his own opinions on his podcast. Just like you and I are/have. The fanbase is just too sensitive. Drag used to be fun, cunty but all in good spirit, now it's been wrapped in bubbewrap lol. @@Dalsemien

Bay leaves are bitter and apparently menthol-y. Cooking it releases the flavors, but what it does does not necessarily mean enhancing any other ingredients (like MSG or salt), but more so in adding complexity to the dish without overwhelming it.

Maverick!!!! Yes!!! We discovered it years ago driving back from Tennessee and it's the best stop we made, there was so much variety.

We just got a Maverick in our little tiny town in New Mexico, and it is the only place I go now. Their Detroit Pizza is the best pizza I have ever eaten in my life. And you can order a full one from them. Something about it is just done so well. It’s so simple and is made fresh right in front of you. And the dough they use gives it the most amazing, pillowy crust I have ever had. 100% would recommend.

the point from delta about having drag mentors for one particular aspect is VERY much how i feel about my own drag, and i’ve always felt that was an odd thing. so i’m glad i’m not alone in having that sort of situation. i definitely projected that mentor role on to a couple of drag artists. i’ve got one for makeup, one for performance, and both of them had a big influence on crafting general polish and aesthetics. i always thought it was mostly a byproduct of really getting into drag right as covid was creeping in but it’s interesting hearing that sort drag influential structure has been around for a long time in addition to a more “traditional” drag family structure.

It's nice to see that Delta has an affection for parts of Utah. I live in a premier community called Daybreak in South Jordan, Utah and love it. Maverick is THE BEST convenience store in Utah! Mmmmmm, fresh and cold DIET COKE! However, that new upgrade to the airport IS A KILLER on the calves, but you cannot beat the first class Centurian lounges. Now that's Very Delta!

39:04 I agree with Sasha! See has she has great taste the only person that comes to mind right away that could take over from Rupaul is Bianca Del Rio. The most successful Drag Race winner and can host anything plus as a comedian she’d be perfect and we know she can be positively constructive when she needs to be (i.e. when she host the pit stop).
