I got the chance to see them about 6 times and Tim and i shook hands and i gave him a southpark with kenny guitar pick i had on me and he looked at it an smiled an gave me the one he used :D i literally creamed soo hard and joe threw me and my buddy a water bottle for singing an screaming all the songs of their setlist at them an having them all look at us and watch their reactions was the best thing ever!!!!!
27:56 when I was a little bit younger I dreamed of playing alongside Tim. Like one time after a Rise Against show I brought my acoustic guitar along and I and a group of friends and other fans waited at the back exit of the venue for them to come out, I played all RA songs I knew on guitar and the group sang along, imagine carolers lol. We were like literally in front of their tour bus but right before the guys came out the security guy threw us off the property. it was very sad :( even worse one of the girls from our group went to another show one day later in another town and there she acutally got to meet the guys and when she told them about us the night before they were like "yeah we heard you inside and we were expecting to see you when we got outside but you were gone" and i was even sadder :'D but oh well that's how it goes, still love this band to bits.
this band is such a staple to my childhood and watching this and realizing they are all down to earth guys and just live badass lives makes me so happy.
De nada! A mi también me parece una gran banda, no sólo por lo musical, sino también por los mensajes positivos que dan. No olvides suscribirte al canal. Un abrazo.
Bit late, but the song is called "Trainriding" by "The Poem Adept" from the album "Songs for the Long Lonely Drive". They used a few more of his songs in the documentary.
it sucks how they talk about how great they sound and now raw they sound and now there just so average. These guys have always been one of my favorite bands ever but theres nothing special about their new music and i hate it
Same dude. The worst tragedy is that their new watered down radio music is how they broke into the mainstream so now their shows are no longer raw or great anymore. They only play their radio songs like Savior now. It fucking SUCKS!!!! They've gotten too big for their own good! Sufferer was a fine album to gain success, but Appeal to Reason made them an arena rock band. Endgame didn't help much either.
when I saw them live in 2017 they played some very old and raw songs too, then I saw them again on a festival in 2018 and they obviously played more of their new songs for that bigger audience. But I think it is natural and necessary for a band to adapt their sound to their situation to stay true to themselves. Also they always embraced change, so why not embrace a bit of change in their music too? ("Same roads lead to same destinations, follow nothing but your heart") And I don't think they forgot where they're coming from, so to me they are still punks.
I´m so happy that i made the choice to spend 45 minutes of my life to watch this amazing video.
Fully agree :) I'm finally getting to see them in November. Bubbling with excitment :)
Barry Conlon where did you see them?
MisterAverageNoob I saw them in Glasgow. They were amazing and totally worth the wait. Can't wait to see them again!
Barry Conlon i was also supposed to see them on november, but they cancelled the show.
MisterAverageNoob ah! Dude! That sucks 😵 hopefully you get a chance to see them soon!

I bet you never would've thought when you posted this that they would release a song literally talking about this (Nowhere Generation)
Joe, Zach, Brandon, and Tim are some awesome people. They are my biggest influence when it comes to punk and hardcore
The bad is awesome, your story was pretty cringe though. Leave them alone.

So interesting. I've loved this band for years and am only just now watching this. Wish more bands did stuff like this.
I love rise against and everything they stand for big fan since I was 13!!!
Love Fat Mike, he put out Revolutions Per Minute for them.
Fat Wreck Chords is his independent label. He has a pretty rad roster!
TheHasselBoff Don’t forget The Unraveling!
The funny thing about Chris is he left RA
since 2006, warped tour has gone from punk rock summer camp to scene kid summer camp.
They will forever be my favorite band and this just made it so that that forever is even longer now.
Markus is a freakin legend
I just love these guys so much its hard to put into words. They just seem to stand for all the right things. Can't wait to see them in Feb!
I'm going to see them this month! so stoked!!
I watched this on DVD at least 20 times the summer of 2007
this band is such a staple to my childhood and watching this and realizing they are all down to earth guys and just live badass lives makes me so happy.

rock bottoms where we live and still we dig these trenches bury ourselves in them.. such a great voice
That's why we won't back down we will run and hid
What a heartwarming video!
these guys are my new favorite band!!!
Apparently Mike says he can replace everyone in the band... must be Grohl in disguise.
Tim's laugh is so dorky and cute
This is such a wonderful effort to include children in our world of music. This is uplifting and makes me want to get out and do more.
i wonder where all these people are now 10 years later
uhh still making fucking dope music bro
probably most of them have shame of this, because nowadays rise against sucks and they dont play any kind of hardcore music
Bill Smith 3/4 are still making music for RA, with Chris (the brown haired guitarist) leaving the band in 2007 to join Nations Afire.
¡Muchísimas gracias por subirlo! Esta banda me ha cambiado mucho y para bien. Soy fan hasta la médula de ellos.
Tim's Sepultura shirt @ 6:55, great album!
Fat Mike’s scene where he acts like he’s forgot about them when they left lol
This is from '06 and it looks like it's filmed from the 90's
123LPSOLDIER it's because it's was filmed in Chicago
Zarpada la banda aguante Rise Against!!!!
Um. I've been a fan of theirs for 20 years, even have a tattoo of theirs, and didn't know about this documentary. I'm so embarrassed! Lol! 😮😂❤🤘
Wish I could download this somewhere in better quality :(
your best bet would be to find the DVD somewhere
De nada! A mi también me parece una gran banda, no sólo por lo musical, sino también por los mensajes positivos que dan.

Before Rise Against sold out their values.
