I really like this series! Here are the stuff I would place differently : - Pavko is ok/suboptimal. He is really strong in GT Harmony if unanswered and could be power buffed but IMO, he doesn't need it, - Munro is also suboptimal and often doesn't see play in Dwarfs. He is slow and trades off badly against a lock, - IMO Iorweth's Gambit is weak but at 11 prov it would be decent so not as bad as Milaen or Eleyas. I played non-Heist Traps a few months ago when Madoc was meta and it was quite decent at 2400-2500 MMR.
I haven't see her in I think literal years, but maybe I should give her a shot. It's just the pure Elf decks aren't good and the provisions for Heist and Waylay decks are super tight.
You have a lot more hours and experience in this game than I do, but I find it strange how much you're underselling Harmony tbh. I think it's at least stronger than Dwarves. It's my favorite scoiatael deck and I rarely ever lose when I play it optimally. It has too much to be controlled by most control decks and outpoints a lot of power hungry decks. It's also very easy to play. Anyway, great tier list as always! I'm kinda sad they reworked Eibhear Hattori since I liked his old ability quite a bit 💔 He used to be a cool card that doesn't see any play anymore sadly.
Harmony is my favorite ST deck too but I don't think it's as good as the other top ST decks. It's still decent which is why its golds are in the top tier but the meta I always face is too controlling for the engines to develop or ultra greedy combos that the points can't keep up with.
Do you think with buffs to movement control it would allow the deck to come back or is it just not worth the hassle with precision strike existing with the consistency from it’s leader and ability to play dragons or renfri in it?
If Milva sharpshooter gets to nekker range (which I think is fair) then I have an offensive movement control deck in my drafts that I'm certain would be fantastic. Unfortunately, past traumas of old GT makes any appeal for her to be buffed fall on death ears, even though her old power level simply isn't possible anymore.
Aelerinn....
BUFF POWER/POINT

Aelerinn weak? for me its a must have in any elf deck

The only faction I don't play. Never had the Green-o beano deck beat me. Not once.

I think it could have a spot as a no-unit deck which is something Renfri and Precision Strike don't normally do.
