Tried to get a crab video in Waldport and Florence last October and November, but the storms rolled in hard and heavy this winter. I will post some crabbing when they are in the bay and I can see well enough for a good movie.
Newport the third and fifth finger and if you go online it has some info about it also barviev is a good place as well. Just depends on where you live and how far you want to travel.
We dive scuba. The top of the reefs are 40-50 feet. If you are accomplished at free diving, you can definitely head down on a shallow reef for some rock fish. There is one big rock dome that will shallow at 15-20 feet on a really low tide.
This is the best diving video I have seen yet . Great job well done.
Can’t beat those conditions! I need to dive there!
its cold asf
I just subbed and liked! Diving seems like it would be fun. It’s just a lot easier to get on a boat and go fishing. Lol

Nice video . What was the temperature of the water during this dive ?
typically waters off of Newport are upper 40's low 50's in the winter.
Great video! Would love to dive that location. Do you freedive or use air?
