I've been looking for recipes since I've been doing slimming world for half a year and am losing my motivation. Breakfast is the most important meal for me so I am happy to see people making videos!

There is a podcast called ‘weight loss for busy physicians’ which is American but it’s really about addressing the psychology of why we overeat. I’m really enjoying it at the moment.

Hi Caroline don't worry you can do it when you are ready. I have bleed doing very good got my 1 1/2 stone award this week and only 3 pounds off my fist target l will see what l feel when l get it and l also got my club 10 Award this week l am very pleased with myself and now l am in my size 14 so l definitely might stay at this but l am exspet to put on over Christmas because l will definitely be off plan l need to have some nice food and l am going to try and not too do much damage l love your Breakfast ideas thanks for sharing and have a lovely day xx

Definitely going to make some of those oat/fruit/bake things.Usually only like savoury breakfasts but will give these a go.You are looking absolutely blooming, sat sitting there on your couch.Love that colour cardi.Make up is lovely....Good idea to wait until all the festivities are over and start up again "next year".....Sheila x

Some lovely breakfast ideas there, Caroline, I'm very boring and tend to stick to toast and marmalade every day. I've been going to SW for a whole year this week!! I've now lost 4 stones 9lbs and am only half a stone away from getting my BMI down to being 'merely' overweight and not obese. Not sure I'll want to go any further than that but I'll see when I get that far (which no doubt will be after the festive season).

For the oat bake things how many syns are they? I know if you cook fruit you have to syn it but they look delicious
Hi - i count them as syn free, as I don't bother to count fruit if I cook it, as it's never been a problem for me in terms of weight loss. However since I made this video, Muller Light is no longer free, so probably now each one would work out at half a syn, or alternatively you could use a syn free yogurt to keep them free. They're really nice, worth a try :)

Hi the oats u made ? They went in to 4 pots but if u only used 40g of oats does that mean if u wanted you could eat all 4 pots for breakfast? Ty x
Hi - if you're using the oats as a HEB, you can have a max of 40g. Everything else is syn free. Hope that helps.
