Yes! SAME! we can NEVER have something just to ourselves...but they won't bother dad who has the SAME THING...has to be mom's, even if they have their own...I swear it's a kid thing just to drive us(MOMS) INSANE!!
Try giving up dairy for 2 weeks and see what happens. I have found that always fixes my post nasal drip right up! It’s no fun, but it works for me!
I wonder if you have EoE?? That could cause the sensation you feel and can be improved with some food elimination. Maybe RD could help?
I have the same issue after covid, on omeprazole and Zyrtec every day 🙄 never had an allergy in my life now it seems like I’m allergic to being alive

I never had acid reflux until I started strength training. I take an anti acid daily and it helps!
My mom had the same issues as you. The post nasal drip, not being able to swallow, feeling something stuck and she actually had a hiatal hernia.
Seems weird for that to be an issue when that’s near your diaphragm- but worth mentioning to your doctor!

I have silent reflux or LRP. I have it under control now without medication but my doctor says often it can be brought on by viruses and I notice now I always have flares after being sick. Those were my symptoms to and it was super super frustrating.
Caitlyn, even with insurance my prescription for my thyroid is $132 for 90 pills. I can remember when I was younger only paying $16 for it, with NO insurance. 🙄
I had a something furry in my coconut water once. It was the first coconut water I had ever tried, so thought it was a coconut and didn’t investigate 😳 had the next one with nothing and thought, omg I pray that wasn’t a critter!!!!
This exact thing happened to me after my 2nd baby. I heard you explaining the swallow thing and I perked up and like WHAT!?!
My husband has silent reflux and that was his number one symptom, he felt like something was stuck in his throat-so bad! He had scarring in his throat really badly so he had to cut so much out. Including gum lol. All the good stuff! Chocolate. I hope you get feeling better!
Hey I used to not be able to swallow for a year and had sinus infections all the time. The doctors just thought I had allergies but in my gut I knew it wasn’t that. So I finally went to get a food allergy test because I felt like it was something I was eating. And that’s when I found out several food allergies I have and one of them was gluten. Once I cut that out and the other foods I could swallow again and had no more sinus infections. May be worth looking into or going to a functional/holistic doctor.

Prescription cost seriously! Same woman! My synthroid and insulin prescriptions every two months are $95 each and I’m like 😡!!!

I don't take my allergy meds at all anymore because even if I take them before bed I'm so sleepy the next day!
Yes I actually am not even using it at all now. I can’t 🥴 makes me so drowsy the next day even!

Ask to the doctor check your thyroid. Sometimes thyroid issues causes difficult to swallow 😇
