I was able to use my stroller up to the gate and they placed in under the plane for me without a bag and at no charge.
Yes! But I prefer a bag to help keep my stroller clean. You just put the bag on before they take it at the gate!

Jet Blue destroyed my car seat and unfortunately I didn't notice until we left the airport. Carefully check the car seat at the luggage carousel because once you leave you can't file a claim.
