    I don't care what the food item is, I simply couldn't eat the same thing every single day. When I worked on farms doing surveys, I'd pack a lunch, and usually it was ham and cheese sandwiches with mustard and for some time I came to loathe lunch over time even though I love ham and cheese sandwiches.

    • @monkeymanstones1
      @monkeymanstones1 4 роки тому

      And please, please, please add some flaxseed meal to your diet. It gives a beef flavor (depending on how you use it) or a flavor you can't pick out to all you add it to (except butter, don't cook it with butter or the flavor will draw you completely away [in butter by itself it just terrible]). Why am I discussing it then? Because it is absolutely loaded with soluble fiber which will prevent the heart disease causing cholesterol from entering your blood stream from the foods you eat moving to your blood from your intestines and colon. Yes, adding that one item to your diet can actually help ensure you don't die of a heart attack or heart disease! I live on a shoestring and even I will pay for and send you a package (through Amazon or Whole Foods - it never touches my hands) for free for you to try it. I looked online and the email address you state shows absolutely nowhere and even a website which provides in depth data for other sites shows no contact info for you (except an address which may or may not be valid and I will not post it). How do I have Amazon send you this www.amazon.com/dp/B075XFQBP6/ref=cm_sw_r_other_apa_i_WGCBEbGK0TMQH ? I'm paying for it and your wife and/or son can send me a card in 20 to 30 years to thank me for helping to keep you alive now and for a longer period of time.

    There are a number of comments regarding the wisdom of eating so much butter with the meat. If you are in a low or no carbohydrate diet, such as keto or Corey's meat diet, your body needs fats to make up for the missing carbs. I have lost weight on the keto diet and am now maintaining my optimial weight. My cardiologist is very happy with my lab tests. Getting rid of all the carbs, especially sugar, has been key for me. Your body switches over to using fats for energy rather than glucose (sugar) which lowers the risk of diabetes developing.

Then you can tune every single round to your exact firearms rather than watch projectiles head in various, unexpected directions with most trigger pulls. I always thought I ate a lot of butter. Damn Cody, you’re putting me to shame. Between the coffee and steak 🥩, you’re on another level. Also I do much better with a carnivore diet. Carbs and I don’t mix. Vegetables will oddly back me up, unless in an omelette. I finished the Big Texan 72oz steak challenge in just under 25 minutes if that speaks to you. My friend, God bless you and yours!

    I always find diets, like the one you are doing, interesting. I wouldn't tell anyone what to eat or do and I find it fascinating how some people can eat. I could never eat like that.
