Of all your projects, that dump truck is probably my favorite. It is like a tractor and a truck had a baby. I would love to see you add a front pusher blade to it. P.S. I miss the drum solos ๐
Thanks Jon! Appreciate you always checking out the videos! Iโll try to fit some drum solos in ๐
Would still like to see you finish the Fusion 360 series you started.. You where easy to follow !!! Better than anybody else !!!
I bought the Crossfire Pro almost 2 years ago based on what I saw you doing with it and saved $100 with your promo code. I have made enough side stuff to pay for the machine and plasma cutter and have it for things I need around the farm. Saved myself $300 just this week by making post mount brackets for which Menards wanted $50 each. Scrap metal and rebar to the rescue thanks to this machine.
That is awesome and so good to hear ๐
i also would like to do this and iโm wonder what did you start making to get a little side job going and how did you get it to an audience
I bought the table based on your recommendation. I've been using it for about 6months now and absolutely love it. I have made many parts for my vehicle restorations as well as parts for friends. For the price this table is amazing. I also took advantage of your Fusion 360 videos which allowed me to get up and running faster.
Awesome!!!
Great look back over many cool projects!
Thank you for all your info, I bought crossfire pro last month because of your videos and used your discount code. I'm looking to start a small business with it making panniers for adventure motorcycles. Thanks again Mike.
Right on thanks Dustin
Mike. I bought the table after watching your projects. Love it !!! My wife and I have made so many detailed signs. This is definitely a money maker. I have the hypertherm 45xp with fine cut nozzle. I make all my signs and art work out if 5052 billet aluminum. Thanks so much for getting me started. This has been the best tool I have ever bought โฆ. You have been such a great inspiration to Tammy and I and I truly appreciate your excellent teaching a great narration โฆ. You have inspired soooo many people. Your a great person !!! ๐
Thank you!! So awesome to hear this ๐
Mike, thanks for videos.
Helped a buddy last summer build a cnc table, I drilled and tapped a lot of holes on mill. He got everything welded up, it works.
Steered him towards your videos so he might figure out programming. He cheats, gets a local guy to cut some parts for him on his table, pays him and takes program home with him on a flash drive. O well.
That articulated dump truck build was awesome, very useful rig. I have and old utv, koyker made, use it all the time, heavy and slow but wonderful rig for hauling limbs and trash.
Great video Mike...peaked my interest in a plasma table.. Thanks again.
Absolutely love all the different things you are showing us and what you use for each thing. And the simple fact that we donโt have to be rocket scientist to do these things. Thanks so very much for your time.
You true metal craftsman.
Waiting for some new project.๐๐๐๐๐๐๐
thanks for the update. I love ALL the videos. I think the video montage besides being informative, shows how much your video and audio quality has increased.
Great video Mike you have alot of work done with all the different equipment and make it look easy very handy bracketery pieces etc made in a few minutes and no need for holes to be drilled.A mighty machine in the right hands๐๐ฏ
Great stuff, Mike! I don't have a cool Langmuir story to tell... yet! Getting one is on my list, thanks to your channel. I just need to get a shop, any shop. Keep the great content coming Mike! This is my favorite channel on UA-cam.
Always happy to watch your Video's Mike!
I like the idea of using tabs on small parts and then cleaning them up with the grinder before separating. Love your videos. You really helped me as I was getting to know Fusion 360. Very much appreciate what you do.
Picked up a used original table and a hynade. Itโs been a learning process but wouldnโt be here without your help!
Great work @MikeFestiva!!!
Great Mike! You sure have got a lot of use out of it!
Many thanks. Always love the perspective.
Thanks for this, I live in the UK and Iโm about to pull the trigger on buying the crossfire pro, watching your vid has given me confidence to proceed ๐
Found your channel today, and yes I am now a new subscriber๐๐ I have recently purchased the YesWelder CT2050 along with a few other items. Am I a welder? NO I am not. Just starting out. It is not for business (but I wont mind making a few dollars here and there). It is more for personal use as a positive distraction (therapy) and as a hobby. I already have a few projects in mind and in the design phase. I also have a younger brother which I know will want me to help him with things. We both go out camping/overlanding. So that is where most of my projects derive from. Looking at a CNC plasma table to help make consistent parts and repeatability (and more accurately than my shacking hands can do๐คฃ).
I look forward to binge watching some of your videos. Thank you for posting. Be safe and God bless.
(Also, I put some of your items in my Amazon wish list๐)
I noticed you are adding little bridges so you dont get tip ups. I built my own table. Sometimes i get tip ups too but my rapid clearance is .750" and i made a magnetic breakaway with a switch that e stops. Cool idea on the bridges.
Great video as usual. I bought my table with your discount code almost a year ago. I learned a bunch watching your Fusion 360 videos. I have only been doing art stuff for the most part so far, but just built my benchtop bandsaw table for the HF chop saw and it was a great tool to make it with. Have not "paid" for the machine with it yet, but have at least paid for all the metal I have been cutting.
i need one of these so bad, thanks for the review Mike!
Thoroughly enjoyed this video! Thanks for all you do Mike!
Thanks Ryan
Amazing stuff Mike! Thanks much for taking the time to create this video!!
Thanks ๐ ๐
Amazing fabrication work as always Mike! ๐ค๐ป๐ค๐ป๐๐๐๐๐๐๐
Wow, great video. Really appreciate your input on your plasma table.
Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for checking out my videos Joe ๐๐
Mike, nice video! I enjoyed the dump truck re-visit footage. You seem like a great ambassador for Langmuir, loved all the CNC footage! Thanks, Jim.
I love your videos and always watch them all the way through. Thank you!
Appreciate it Stanny ๐
Mike, Thank you for another great video. Nice and rested now ready for a good nights sleep!
Thanks for checking out my new video Chris ๐๐
I first found your channel when dreaming about getting a CNC table. Excellent information! Thank you!
Thanks for checking out my videos ๐๐
thanks for sharing such a lovely๐๐๐
Great video Mike.Always learn something each time, and you draw us right into each project. Thanks for the years of fun.
Thank you!
Thanks Mike!
Your videos are so awesome! Thank you
Thanks Nick! I really appreciate it ๐
That does it!! I'm getting a pro table!! You hand me at all those holes and no drilling!!
Right on!!!
This is truly impressive.
Thanks ๐
I must say, your work is amazing. Very impressed. Keep up the good work and thank you for sharing
Thank you very much! ๐๐
Seriously considering the Crossfire Pro to build custom metal furniture. The possibilities are endless.
I have watched more of your videos than the amount of subscribers I have. I been very motivated to buy one but need to build my little shop in the next few months.
Thanks for sharing ๐๐
Hey Mike, love the channel and all the cool buildsโฆbut I really didnโt need another reason to buy one of those tables..lol. Looking forward to the next build man, thanks for all the effort you put into your channel..:)
appreciate it
Mike, it's a shame that Subaru didn't sponsor your videos for your truck build. ๐
Doing the most with the cheapest stuff. I love it.
Great Video Sir! You build nice stuff. I've had my Pro for a few years now and love it! well worth the money. I pick up scrap metal right out of the local recyclers yard for next to nothing. I have quite a collection of metal art stuff I've made in addition many specialty tools and parts. Again, I can't say enough about Langmuir products. I noticed your bed rails are corroded like mine. I was wondering if there was anything that could be done to keep them clean. I too have that same 6x6 that I wanted to customize, and your dump truck gives me great inspiration! Thanks
Mike, I have another Subaru running gear idea for you.
Using all the Subaru gear including engine. Like your dump truck it's articulated. The difference is using the running gear backwards as rear engine and getting travel direction corrected plus gear gear reduction with portal hubs. Just thinking this could make a great little front end loader...
Great video Mike as always I finally pulled the trigger and ended up getting the prime weld cut 60 witch is CNC ready couldnโt be happier with very easy to use now to get the table lol and a bigger garage ? But Iโm wonder if you have a recommendation on a mask or something I can where while grinding de rusting salvaged metal Iโm killing my longs breathing this stuff in I donโt want a throw away set up but Iโm not rich either wink wink! Thanks for all you do!
I'd love to get a table, just no room. Though that being said if not for you and your channel, I wouldn't have gotten the little YesWelder Flux-135 I have, works perfect for what I need it for.
Mike from mo, hey bud, ur work truck is awsome! I need it to blade snow and haul wood ๐ that table is cool! I havnt took the plundge yet,,,but i got my boss to buy one with ur code,,๐ keep up the good job! Mike t.
Brilliant video thank u
Hey Mike, As always this was a great video! that's actually one of my favorite things about your channel, that you go back and do follow-up reviews months and years later.. so often its "one and done" for most UA-camrs and you never really know if the products work in the long run.. I have a crossfire with the XL kit and the THC and I also can vouch for the quality, after 2 years I still have very few issues. But I did have one question for you.. and if you might have a solution... as you know the original crossfire does not have secondary support out on the right side of the gantry and sometimes I get some "bounce" out there that degrades my cut quality, its not usually terrible, but I frequently cut .040 Alum and it can be pretty noticeable since the THC cannot keep up with the quick little jumping it does. Any ideas? or have you experienced this with your old Crossfire?
Thanks, Jeff.....and please keep up the great videos it's always a pleasure to watch them.
Hey Mike, great video. Makes me want to place an order. Are you going to motorize your bead roller soon?
MM77 Approved ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ
Just received my limit switches
Great video. ๐ I'd love to buy one of these machines but have never been able to pull the trigger
Itโs been well worth it
Great review buddy, i really would like one down the road. I need a plasma cutter first though.
Thanks Ants for checking out my new video! Yes I think you would really put one of these CNC tables to good use ๐๐
Hi Mike I love this video, Its a great review of your projects over the last few years. Im really thinking of a plasma table. What do you think about adding 'Orbeez' to the water table to reduce the splash?? It would be fun to try I think even if it didnt work. I think you can get 10000 of them on amazon for like ten bucks.
Mike, You rock! v/r wh
Great video as always Mike.
Did you ever have that wheel bearing separate from not having a spindle running through it or is it pre-torqued?
The bearing was from a Ford, the reason I picked that bearing was because it had a large nut holding the entire bearing together. The articulating dump truck is still working good ๐
what cut chart do you use for the x45?
At this time, which plasma machine would you recommend for all around metal cutting and plasma table use? By the way great video.
so what do you do with the Dirty water ?? also your in the winter area like I am in NY we get temps in the neg ,, how do you keep the table from freezing ??
Awesome video Mike. You ever consider putting up a bigger shop?
Someday ๐
What do you get for $1500 , like, do you get the arm's computor etc
What computer is it your using with this table?
Can you describe what the torch height control does for you? Other than the obvious - controlling the height of the torch.
Keeps the torch at the optimum height for better cut quality even with wavey metal. Great add on to have.
hello , how do I contact u ? I have few questions
You don't have a list of cut speeds for the new hynade cutter do you? I'm running a crossfire pro and just purchased the cut 60 with the machine torch.
I have listed a lot of cut speeds in the past on other videos with my Titanium 45 plasma cutter, the feeds are all about the same for the Hynade as well. I donโt have a video posted with an entire list that I can recommend. But I will try and get that info posted on my IG account fairly soon. IG is probably the best place to post that for my subscribers ๐๐
@@Mikefestiva awesome thanks. Thank you for taking the time to make great content and cool projects. You've caused me to buy a protig 205,a migmax 215, a titanium 45, a hynade cut 60, and a crossfire pro. I REGRET NOTHING!
Hi Mike, I hear you on the shop space thing. I want the pro , but my shop is even smaller then yours so the 2x2 might be the ticket for me. did you find the 2x2 needed the THC? ill always be there to watch it so not sure if I need the THC.
I did really like the small table, the smaller footprint was nice In my shop.
If you are on a budget then you could definitely get by without the THC but after cutting with it I wouldnโt want to go back to not having it. You will definitely save a lot of plasma cutter tips with the THC.
The Z axis is definitely nice.
These small tables now come with the Firecontrol software and that is really good software.
I guess you could probably upgrade later on if you decide you want the THC. Take care Sean ๐
I'm working in a 16x8 shop currently so space is definitely a premium for me also. I liked the part he mentioned about having the plasma table on rollers. With that in mind, I might just build a small shelter on the side specifically for the purpose of storing the plasma table, and just roll it inside the shop when needed.
@Mikefestiva Are you running the table with a harbor freight 45 cutter? That plasma has cnc capabilities?
I had used the cut 45 for many years and it worked great, I ended up giving it away to a friend. It wasnโt plug and play, wasnโt very easy to explain how to hook it up to the CNC table. Thereโs lots of CNC plug and play plasma cutters on the market now. I like the Arcfony Cut53N pro, itโs a very affordable CNC ready cutter.
Is the Hynade 60Dn is it a plug n play crossfire compatible plasma cutter
I made a video about hooking up the CUT60DN to my crossfire CNC, the CUT60DN has CNC ports on the back panel so itโs definitely plug and play once you wire up the plugs to the CNC wires that come with the crossfire ๐
I was wondering what happened to you. I went to your page and seen my notifications were turned off. I guess You Tube has a mind of its own.
Thanks for re connecting on my channel Jason, I think YT hasnโt been notifying a lot of my subscribers.
I posted a new video every other Friday ๐๐
Mr Mike what kind of aircompressor do you use on your plasma table cuter
I have an older 2 cylinder 50 gallon air compressor in my shop, itโs a bit haggard ๐ but it still gets the job done ๐ it doesnโt work very hard to keep up with this CNC. I canโt remember the CFM or if it even has a label on the tank stating the CFM?
I know you're very busy Mr Mike thank you for responding so fast to my question
@@johnparis3686 No problem John ๐ I would double check what your plasma cutters air requirements are and go from there. If you already have a compressor, you can just try it out on some smaller parts and see if it keeps up? Take care ๐
Thank you so much for the video on the best Arc plasma cutter I bought it about 7 months ago after I watched you review it I have a small air compressor that I use with it but I'm wanting to buy the pro table like you got and I didn't know how big a air compressor that I needed to get with it I want to buy it if I can learn the computer part I have been watching your videos on the programming thank you so much from the foothills of the Smoky Mountains
@@Mikefestiva i'm new to this, but was wondering if you use any kiind of air dryer from your compressor to the cnc cutter? thanks and subscribed!
