They don’t allow in an situation if you have extra kg of Baggage In 2018 i got the same situation my flight was connecting in dubai airport i came from Jeddah In the end they don’t allow me extra kg even 1 kg But from Jeddah they cleared with those bags This family was lucky enough in front of camera they cleared them otherwise like mine I throw my beg to the garbage cause there is no one in dubai and I can’t afford to buy extra kg
