You can mix all together in a container. Take out required quantity for use every time. I"ll include measurements in description box

Just medidate daily and have a good sleep. Avoid screen time as much as possible.. Your headache will solve gradually
Dont sleep with wet hair. Always dry thoroughly before lying down
