It's crazy how good of a winning formula this game mode was.
Stupidest decision was not to include it in the division 2.

It's such a great mode. But I so wish they had made the loot spawn locations randomized and different on each playthrough. It became too common to memorize min/maxed routes with static loot locations which removed a lot of the potential emergent play and survival aspects.
Should really load this game back up on my PS4... loved survival mode, the best game I ever played was killing 7 hunters. killed mine on PVE and then a group of three turned up pulled another 3 hunters got them and then a group of four showed up and killed 3 of their four and managed to be on the Heli.
They should make survival in Div 2 but make it during a hurricane with hella wind rain and flooding.
Or make the extreme weather randomized, it snows in DC too. They already have sandstorms in the game which are visually stunning, (even though the ai can see perfectly and shoot you accurately through them) so I feel like it would be more than doable to give randomized extreme weather for a survival mode on Div2

Completely separate but it gives u loot caches for the main game
The extended mags you can craft on the lowest level (green), I favor these over others. nice vid.
Same here - I always craft at least 2 if not 3 before leaving the early spawn area; can’t find them anywhere else.

No I got it on the 14th of December and it’s really fun and different than div 2. I started on div 2 tho

It's excellent isn't it? Very atmospheric, listen to it when it's snowing and you can almost feel the hunters in near by lol.
The only thing I struggle with in PVE is everyone is stingy with division tech

Ubisoft struck pure gold with this game mode, then proceeded to instead make broken buggy woke games. The soundtrack is excellent too, very tense and atmospheric (Vandra specifically)

My friends and I all agree that Survival should have been part of The Division 2 as well. Supposedly Heartland is suppose to be a semi survival based game mode. With that said, it will never be Survival as we know it. Thank you.
imagine posting survival uploads but not knowing you can automatically equip items picked up .was that irritating tf out of any1 else
To be honest it took me about 25 runs before I figured it out.
A bit, but I think it can be argued that it may be faster to just grab eveniyng then equip all at once later.
