Should i delete an old short that had more impressions than usual but had a terrible view versus swiped away (23%), my shorts usually get 55% to 65% nowadays, would deleting that old one help?

Bro i use everything form form your and from others videos, but it just doesn't work i am stuck under 1k views. The one mistake I made is that I change content, but it not so different. Analyst is solid idk for 500views, click rate is 60% and average view duration like 28sec for video of 38sec. Where is my mistake. Is it bcs my acc is 5 obly months old? Idk bro help ): . I try so much stuffs like titles hash and this stuffs but again and again I am under 1k
