This video is really helpful, this guides walkthrough. I was seeing so many bad reviews for this bus station , I have to board a bus at 12:30 AM midnight and I am so much worried since this park seems to be so isolated and I have read a lot of bad reviews on Google.

Wow thanks for uploading video. Im female solo traveler and wanted to try flix bus to brussels and amsterdam from paris. I dont speak french and think i would find it very hard to find this or any flix bus station. Asking for directions in france is difficult and not many are willing to assist in english. Does google map help at all in this situation?

I think you have to check the app for the bus number. In Bercy you also can watch the screens. There you will see the time schedule and destination. Good luck!

We went back to Paris in December... Parks at night in big cities are always a bit dangerous... Fortunately there are always some fellow travelers at the flixbus station, otherwise a pepper spray will come in handy ;)

I talked to the manager Who told me that the bus came and he made an announcement 🤔 strange I didn’t hear a thing and the screen was not showing any bus for canes from Bercy 😠 did not get my refund another person had same situation as me I’ll never take that stupid bus ever again
Flixbus is stealing from people and you would think that I am someone who is mad at flixbus which is true haha but I have proofs and I am not the only one do your research you will a lot of people going through the same situation what surprise me is that no is doing anything they will pretend that are trying to help you butno

You don't have to worry, that's certainly possible! Possibly, you will have to take an extra stopover.
