Media and Culture Days 2023

Radio Romania and ABU organized the third edition of international forum „Media and Culture Days”, an event that took place in Bucharest, on 16-17 November 2023.
The annual initiative focused on public media's role in producing and promoting culture and heritage in all its forms.
This year's conference, titled „Diverse and distinctive: How culture powers public service media” examined high value cultural content, diversity, and inclusion, with particular focus on broadcasting for national, regional and local communities.
Răzvan Ioan Dincă, President Director General Radio Romania, said that „for Radio Romania to host the Media and Culture Days here in Bucharest, this November, holds and even more special meaning, since this month we are celebrating 95 years. We are proud that today, almost a century later, we stand as one of the strongest media leaders in the country”.
This year’s conference took place in the frame of „Radio Romania '95” anniversary and was supported by BRD, Smith & Smith Transfer de bani and „Carol I’st Central University Library”.
