Taking the first step today, applied for a job and keep doing so until I get in the industry I want to be in. I don't want to be stuck and comfortable in a job I don't like and dread going to feeling tired and zapped out of energy. Makes me upset knowing people working in the same company for more than 5 years or even 15 years and still in the same role when they first started going nowhere, not promoted, no pay rise, just day in and day out. 8 hours, 5 days. Everyone has so much potential to be greater! It's okay to work a ordinary job just don't get to comfortable and get stuck!!!
About to relapse. Saw this, I said never. I kept my word. We are just slaves to our own benefit and future. And then that man's work becomes the warrior.
I recall watching this video in November of 2023. My birthday was just earlier that month and I just sobbed because I knew this wasn't the life I wanted at 24. I worked a dead-end job with no hope and ambitions for the future and felt like I would achieve nothing in that moment. I was completely lost and in a sea of despair and doubt and I surrendered myself to the Father praying. Almost a year has past since then and He has radically changed my life since then. Am I still struggling? Yes. However do I have a much clearer view on what I want out of life and how I will achieve it? Absolutely. 1% better a day. This worked for me and was extremely helpful, thanks for uploading this video. NOW.. this is my GIFT to you and anyone reading this.. These suggestions have made me the person I am today. So take one or two or all of them and transform yourself to a super being. Thank me later. I personally did and do everything listed below and I got massive results. 1. Write out a statement of your Short Term Goal AND your Chief Aim/Main Goal... on a "goal card" or paper. 2. Write it out 50 times a day for 30 days preferably around the same time each day. After the 30 days, you go back and write it out ONCE a day. This is your compass in life. 3. Set your phone alarm to go off every 3 hours (to disrupt your daily routine) and when it goes off write down your statement and then close your eyes and see yourself with your goal for 2 mins. 4. Record your statement in your voice on a voice recorder on your phone, and play it back to yourself on loop while you sleep and as often as you can daily, example... in the shower or when you are using the rest room. 5. Find an accountability partner. If you cannot find someone, then you MUST write out your statement DAILY. By doing this you make yourself accountable to YOURSELF. 6. Find a community or FB group/group chat, etc and from that community form a Mastermind with one or two people who have studied from REAL Mentors and are giving VALUE. There is a "Law of Giving" and many people are using it. Andrew Carnegie told Napoleon Hill this back in the early 1900s. Its a LAW and it works. Its what I am doing with this post. 7. Auto-Suggest (Think and Grow Rich Chapter 4) to yourself in front of the mirror in the bathroom at least twice a day. Look directly INTO your eyes OR one eye and recite your WRITTEN statement. Then splash cold water on your face. This sudden shock seals the thought into the subconscious due to emotional and physical shock from the cold water. 8. Write out ten "I AM" statements a day. example. I AM happy, I AM more confident. Use the word MORE; implying you already have it, but want more. You trick the brain. 9. Write out 5 things you HAVE that you are grateful for and 5 things that you are grateful for that are coming to you. Mix up the list one after the other. 10. When in public tell people you see that you love them in your mind. Simply say "I LOVE YOU" to them as you pass them, especially when driving, because their subconscious hears and FEELS the intention. Say it to about 10 to 15 people daily. This increases your Good Karma. It might seem like a lot. But it took me less than two weeks to incorporate the list into my life and 35 days later I started getting massive results. What have you got to lose, try some or ALL and see your results. Let me know know too. Have a great day... and thanks for reading. I LOVE you for reaching all they way down here. Zik

Don't fucking stop socializing, you may achieve your goals but nobody will be there to share them with, you are not going to become a guru that talks about his achievements or an influencer, you will be all alone, chase your goals but don't stop meeting up with friends or new people, all in life is about finding balance
Yes! I used to be one of those guys where I would be petty and delete everything and tell myself that I won't talk to these people for a long ass time until im there. it doesn't work like that. you gotta find that discipline to keep the ones that have been real with you and sacrifice the ones who were never there for you. people come and go everyday
Socializing with the right ones is the key. and to find the right ones you've got to socialize. buut once you're in right circle, their aint no problem
I agree about what the guy 0:01 said and believe it to be true.... but most people who are attracted to this side of internet are either obessive or introvert. Even though obsessive at your goals i fine, but introvert like myself are different. We believe that we not socialize and talking to new people, meeting friends and family and spending time with them is our jam ❤ and we are pretty good at it😅... until we find out we are doing this out of habit not need. You didint choose to dissappear and better, you were already gone from everyones life. If you cant talk to people, then you are avoiding. But, if you can and chose to be away, that's a choice !!!🗿
If your watching these and are in the middle of wanting something more but you don’t know how to get there. Hang in there, what’s destined for us will be destined for us

I believe even coming to UA-cam and get this motivation instead of time waste is also consistency and is a type of discpline but u have to put work in too
Hey man, little advice here; don't use motivation as a way of procrastination, I've been there, you probably think that you're learning or taking action but you're not. Use motivation when you're really upset or you're procrastinating, but don't waste too much time here, it's better to learn how to have discipline and use motivation as a fuel, because It's a lie that we don't need motivation, our reasons for waking up everyday are motivation, so it's not about not wathcing this videos, is about using them wisely. Hope you keep grinding and giving love G.
It's crazy how this video felt like 10~20mins. Around 1:10 I was like "Damn, this video is long, is it like a 12min video at least near the end?" Then there are videos that are more than 10mins and feel like a minute. I think this is an indicator of a good and a bad video. This video gave actual thought, I took in every second of this video.
As a female, I find these videos committing and becoming the best. I want this, this is not a just a dream but a life I chose to live upon. I want to become better. I know God has a plan for me, I want this badly, I pray that I may succeed with this, I don't want to give up, not yet. This convinces me to do extra. every. single. day. We all have potential but those aren't so willing to and fall away, but I'm here for it, and ready. May the Lord bless all of your hearts.
I’ve became angry, upset and disgusted with who I became for not trying and putting effort in my life. I’ve stopped with the excuses, bullshit, drinking, drugs, laziness, feeling sorry for myself. I’ve lost too many people and they didn’t get to see the best of me. I’ve made promises that have fallen short. I’m so fucking exhausted but I know there’s a treasure bigger than me if I keep doing it
00:03 Focusing on personal goals despite societal norms 00:31 Focusing on personal growth is more important than clubs and parties. 00:59 Becoming obsessed with your craft to become the best. 01:27 To be the best at what you do, you have to be unbalanced 01:51 Being the best requires obsession and dedication. 02:20 Keep pushing forward and never give up. 02:50 Grind is the key to success. 03:15 Grind hard and go the extra mile to achieve extraordinary results.

MATE stone in focus should be much more prevalent in these types of videos, I listened to this on repeat for hours whilst writing my dissertation. Beautiful song.
The point here is not that you should abandon the rest of what life has to offer just for work or self-improvement. The point here is that sometimes you have to do what’s weird for a while in order to redefine what normal looks like. When the grind becomes your “normal” it’s not even the grind anymore, it’s just what you do.
will i be that good? will i get rich just by staying up late and being on tiktok all day? nah, i want my stuff, and i want to be proud of myself i think its time to actually do things for myself, fot the better, to be someone
Sorry to say this, but that guy is Greg Plitt. I don’t know so much about him, but he was a training profile in the early days of UA-cam, he have inspired many people around the world. Unfortunately he died in 2015, he was hit by a train and died. RIP.
Just a piece of advise from me (a random 15yo guy in the internet). "Balance Improving,Grinding and enjoying the life you've had". You only live once so make it worth it ^-^.
While I do find motivation in these videos, one thing that you should never forget that regret comes in many forms. Regret could be not unlocking your full potential, but it could also be not cherishing the people that you were blessed with to share this life alongside. Regret can also be wishing you spend more time being social in this life instead of working your life away to achieve greatness only to leave everyone you cherished behind for it, leaving you alone. Find a balance in everything.
I watch videos like this because I'm convinced I'll be more productive, but in the end I just scroll and do nothing, putting everything off until later. Fuck procrastination
i was bornt in a poor family,i left my time of my "youth" and get out of it to grind knowledge, friends at my age said that i dont enjoy life, while now at 27 i am enjoying my life, my job, vacation, buying whatever i want without looking at the price and thinking what would i eat tomorrow, and now time for my friends to sorry.

I don't know this is too much like the other comment, video or a post in Instagram.
Right now i sit in my sit in my bed procatinate again not putting in the work again 😓
@Kira-mu2im G
don't do things for others/to fit in. just do what you like and don't push away others
No, you gotta be unbalanced for a while to be great and extraordinary after that then you can go back and find balance.
Socializing with the right ones is the key. and to find the right ones you've got to socialize. buut once you're in right circle, their aint no problem
yes 💯🔥🔥🔥 is u who get rusty 😂😅.
get together and get to work....
everything will still be there , with u or without
I agree about what the guy 0:01 said and believe it to be true.... but most people who are attracted to this side of internet are either obessive or introvert. But, if you can and chose to be away, that's a choice !!!🗿
idk how nobody is not talking about ebook called Tate Mindset
finally find that ebook on ur channel and buy it. thank. u man
To all of you struggling out there, just have in mind, you are stronger than you think! You can do it! Keep strong!
If your watching these and are in the middle of wanting something more but you don’t know how to get there. Hang in there, what’s destined for us will be destined for us
thank you man.
Just do it 💪
&
Get it 💯
Don’t stop, if you stop now, all the work you’ve put it already will amount to nothing
Im 24 today and I just wanna say that this video. Yes, THIS VIDEO had changed how I behave before my 24th birthday and Im so blessed to have this recommended on my feed 😊
4ra with Finch as ambassador is just next level always ensures the best vibe at events
Bro dropped a few of the best motivational videos of all time then dipped.
I like how at 3:26 Steve Harvey steps out of screen and the focus is then on "I'm trying to get it", kind of emphasizing the point
Having an icon like Finch associated with 4ra makes every event feel premium and top notch
Finishing my late night workout knocked out a 12 hour shift n worked on my business let lock in time for the next level
Great stuff! 💪 Grind! If you fall off your course, gently guide yourself back on. Aim for net positive and then net excellent! Everyone slips, but winners get back at it and keep attacking. ⚡
"Sir, why are you prying open my car door with a crowbar?"
"Cause i'm tryin to get it"
It's crazy how this video felt like 10~20mins.
Based.
U got this!
Love the content bro love to see more people like us encouraging others to do the best of the ability God bless
I’m so fucking exhausted but I know there’s a treasure bigger than me if I keep doing it
00:03 Focusing on personal goals despite societal norms
00:31 Focusing on personal growth is more important than clubs and parties.
00:59 Becoming obsessed with your craft to become the best.
01:27 To be the best at what you do, you have to be unbalanced
01:51 Being the best requires obsession and dedication.
02:20 Keep pushing forward and never give up.
02:50 Grind is the key to success.
03:15 Grind hard and go the extra mile to achieve extraordinary results.
who was the guy at 2;50 was his name
Man this dude doing good vids, keep it up man, lets grinding
let this be the last video you've watched
Aaron Finch as an ambassador for 4rabet really raises the bar he brings that star quality to events
That first video is my mantra. Bro didn’t get casted for many A list films besides transformers and fast and furious sagas’ but I think it’s cause he got it.
Whats the name of the first Guy
MATE stone in focus should be much more prevalent in these types of videos, I listened to this on repeat for hours whilst writing my dissertation. Beautiful song.
I want my mother to smile with pride when someone asks....is ur son a DOCTOR?
Keep going brother
Not gonna say much just thank you man.
The point here is not that you should abandon the rest of what life has to offer just for work or self-improvement. The point here is that sometimes you have to do what’s weird for a while in order to redefine what normal looks like. When the grind becomes your “normal” it’s not even the grind anymore, it’s just what you do.
Do it everyday , put in the work everyday and when the time comes for you to make your rounds, YOU GONNA FLY!!!!........ STAY HARD!!!
i watch these when i’m overwhelmed
fr
It’s hard to find other people that have this mindset
ikr
Projects like Just (RUN DA PLAY) channel make me excited about Business and life changing!!
will i be that good? will i get rich just by staying up late and being on tiktok all day? nah, i want my stuff, and i want to be proud of myself
i think its time to actually do things for myself, fot the better, to be someone
Real😢
Seeing Aaron Finch at 4rabet events is a total game changer feels more legit and exciting
Damm that was really good!
3rd guy was literally batman 💨
I'm just from there. It's nothing in there. Grinding is only a half, the other half is partying. Be balanced
The day when i stop watching these videos and really do what i should, I'd have succeeded at that day.
It's what they say if you always do something you always did you will always get something you always got
2:56 that guy could EASILLY BE THE NEXT BATMAN, got the mf mentallity, the face, and the whispery voice
Man this song always reminds me of Afraid of Monsters
As a young man you will face those questions that are asked every weekend. Being the “weird person”, it will set you up for success. Be weird brothers
lock in
REAL SHIT
“Step by step walk the thousand- mile road” miyammoto musashi
underrated channel
I watch videos like this because I'm convinced I'll be more productive, but in the end I just scroll and do nothing, putting everything off until later. Fuck procrastination
i was bornt in a poor family,i left my time of my "youth" and get out of it to grind knowledge, friends at my age said that i dont enjoy life, while now at 27 i am enjoying my life, my job, vacation, buying whatever i want without looking at the price and thinking what would i eat tomorrow, and now time for my friends to sorry.
One day, I'll will reach my goals after years of working hard and I will look at this comment and be proud of myself.
