The most important aspect of this song is the context, the message they are trying to get across. For those who are unware of what they are talking about it's the hate they have been receiving for certain things, some pathetic, some even seem specific to Wonyoung... the misunderstanding people did to them. It was presented in a story driven way. The middle break part was important to the story actually. Lots of symbolism. Them dressing the same while moving and carrying the heavy baggage. Representing that they are all as one, lifting the burdens they've been thru recently. Fame had a price, there was also pain. In the end they said the love and the hate they'll accept it all...
Idk about y’all but this release was really good tbh. IVE’s music is the reason why I follow them, and considering the shit they constantly get from people, the lyrics hit so hard.
It is a pre release track for their upcoming album.
Also note that y’all don’t have to react to artists you don’t follow 😭 I feel like y’all don’t wanna be there
They also decided to make a point about saying some of the things that are said about them, like “we know what people say, even if it’s hate we’re gonna be fine in the end”
I really like this song, like I do all their music. I can't wait to see the other prelease/title tracks. Haven't looked up if they took part of the writing process, but whoever wrote it, did a great job of describing the member's story/feelings. I like that they did the IVE in the lyrics like before. Yea sometimes in videos, the breaks take me out of it. Enjoy y'all day 🌻

I love this release a lot, however, I do actually see what Dame is trying to say about the ‘good’ part because the first time I listened to the song, I was also unsure about it. I think it’s the fact that the rest of the song is very melodic and when that part comes, it kinda breaks the flow. But, as I listened to it again, it started to make sense and now I love it a lot. It’s just unexpected at first for some. An amazing pre-release, I love it so so much.
i get what Dame was saying and i agree, i like the song and the lyrics but the ''good'' part could've had a better clean melody to it, it would've sounded better. nice song over all.

Alot of people have said this song was written because of the hate Wonyoung has recieved. It might be true but I also see it as a message to any person.
You meet me on a good day, you will think I'm always a happy person.
You meet me on a down and depressed day, you might think I'm weak, or vunerable.
You meet me when I'm putting on a face because I'm uncomfortable in a certain situation, you'll think I'm fake.
..WE ALL have these faces in certain situations and you can't be judged as a person by these one-off meetings, or hearsay from others.
And if you don't accept me... "Either way, I'm good, It's all good."
Why Dame on his phone during video and his partner’s reactions? I don’t care if you like the song or not, but I got to feel like you want to be here for this to work.
