I love my new ST Ford, thank you for this masterpiece!
I have been waiting years for this ST, it ticks all the boxes now especially the interior, so i will definately be getting one.
As an owner of both the fiesta and focus st, I want to love this, all the ingredients are right but the back end of it is soooo tame. The front looks great
Who cares about 3 cylinders, if it works, it works. 1.5l, so slightly cheaper to insure? Possibly better fuel consumption. I guess haters are gonna hate.
Plus it sounds great.
Wayard yes, idk why but it sounds like an NSX JGTC.
Buyers should care because propably its gonna break after 150k km. It is also so stupid that insurance price is mainly dependent from engine size.
*lower ceiling for mods. engine works harder to maintain same power. longevity.*

And it's not that bad a thing to consider putting an lsd, as well as front 4-piston brakes on the car.
Don't hold it back. Make it a little more of what it can really be!
it would be nice it it came with a Quaife LSD stock. but the brakes are fine as is. what people need to do is stop buying shitty tires.

Il y a un peu de Focus dans cet intérieur, j'aime bien. L'info divertissement va être à jour par rapport à la concurrence, bien, bien. Le design extérieur est plus consensuelle, les jantes sont plus belles, pour le reste bof. L'arrière est vraiment trop cubique et passe partout dommage. Reste à attendre les essais pour voir les qualités dynamiques !
looks like the designers of this year's fiesta is a fan of civic estilo, he add some lines on the tail light though, aston martin on the front and civic estillo on the back...really...ford?!?!?!

Grate car Ford, but where is automatic? People like to have a choice. On the other hand i want this car for my wife, and she has to use automatic transmission because of health issues. You are not giving a choice, people like me have to go for Polo GTI or Renault Clio RS.
Because the people that buy this kind of car usually want a manual gearbox.
I think it is an essential part of the hothatch recipe.
Either you buy it, or you go to the competition, it's that simple :P
Giving a choice means something different then forcing someone to buy automatic. If competition has automatic versions there must be a market for them. Ask Ford about Focus ST Diesel PowerShift sales ratios, it also will show, there is a space.
It's not because "people want to buy manuals", it's just because Ford is behind competition in this case from many years. Costs costs costs!. And i'm saying this as the disappointed Ford fan, and happy Focus ST Diesel automatic user.
