The Making of Wrought Iron, 1928 | From the Vaults

Perhaps the most famous wrought-iron monument is the Eiffel Tower in Paris. But you can also find wrought iron all around you on the streets of New York City, decorating balconies, staircases, windows, and doorways. In this short film, the renowned blacksmith Samuel Yellin demonstrates each step in the process of making a piece of ornamental iron grille-work: heating, cutting, shaping, and binding the various parts together.
As part of The Met’s 150th anniversary in 2020, each month we will release three to four films from the Museum’s extensive moving-image archive, which comprises over 1,500 films, both made and collected by the Museum, from the 1920s onward. This includes rarely seen artist profiles and documentaries, as well as process films about art-making techniques and behind-the-scenes footage of the Museum.

I'd suggest a title change. This video doesn't show the making of wrought iron. The wrought is already made when the video starts. This is a video of someone making something FROM wrought iron.
