I love this :) I also struggle with eating junk when I’m stressed out. You did amazing being so consistent!! I’m thinking of using a weeks for fitness and stats but using an A6 or the notes pages maybe to track specifically food (and maybe notes on overeating). 3 lines is not enough space for me 😂 when I see people fit it in the weeklies I’m like nah I wish 😅 just thought I’d share in case either idea works for you 💙 thanks for sharing

I noticed that my clear covers would get stains on the inside of them, too. I think that it’s from the ink that’s from the printable that I place in between the planner cover and the plastic cover. 3:56 Maybe you could try reach for an average of 3,000 steps per day, and work your way up to 10k steps over the course of an entire year? 7:56 😅It’s ok…not every spread can be a 10/10. 8:34 I love coconut juice. 😢❤😉

And I grew up with a tree in my back yard btw. We'd pay someone to climb it and pick the coconuts. The water is so expensive. But I never liked it.
My wellness & workout planner is a pocket size/field notes sized notebook that I’ve set up Bujo-style. I think I need something preset up like a weeks style book tho, cause coming down to the end of the year I’m not consistent in my planner at all 😅😅 Taking notes for next year.
Yayyy! Thanks for watching. Yeah girl! A completely blank notebook is overwhelming for me. Even drawing up the right side of the Weeks every week got irritating so sometimes I'd sit and draw out a month in advance if I was up to it. I am getting a Paper Tess Designs weekly planner soon so if I don't continue health and wellness in the Weeks, it's definitely going into the PTD but it is FOR SURE happening in 2024.
I’m definitely an emotional eater and that struggle is real 😩 I loove your planner style. Every page is aesthetically pleasing 🤩 This post will be entirely too long if I post every Hobonichi weeks I used this year 🤣🤭
