Quick comment on discipline: Analyzed all NBA games yesterday morning with my Excel spreadsheet, a bit hungover. Mistakes were made, but luckily did ok. Lost all my daily results tracking for past 3 days, lost modified formulas for daily research spreadsheet + made a few wagering mistakes (missed out on wins that my reasearch said to take). I would add “don’t drunk bet” 😂 there was this game I knew that my favorite team could tie so I would bet “win or tie” or wouldn’t bet at all and just watch the game the next morning, but while drunk I thought “they do have a chance of winning I know it, I’ll bet that they’ll win, I’ll make more money!” and lost it all because they tied. Funny thing is that next morning I didn’t remember that I had entered the bet and when I checked my betting acct I had $0.00. Learned from that mistake for sure 🙃

After winning a certain amount, I withdraw my initial bankroll and continue betting with THEIR money. Yes, patience, discipline, and learning from mistakes. I'm never an expert after winning and take it like a man after losing. Hey, it passes time by.

From 1 Travis to another…Bet 5% max and make sure you have many bets in your account.Quit doing parlays also and just do straight bets. Discipline and consistency wins the race.

Disagree I've been hitting big parlays since college football last year yeah you lose but eventually you start hitting if you study sports teams it's much easier. I play .50 cent bets most the time n hit for $25-150 off big legs I'm able to cash out eventually you'll be positive more than negative on profit. Those big ones stack up n if your good at educated guesses like me or just good at predictions parlays give you chances to cash out. The .50 cents ain't nothing when you can Cash out on a losing bet that still ends up making $18-60 . This my strategy I mostly make alot of bets but I get on my streaks more common than not

Withdrew USD 2 000 and kept USD 400 as my bankroll. I built it up to USD 1 600 with the aim to repeat USD 2 400 but I lost half of it due to bad luck. $5s and $10s when I was under $200. After that I opened up a little more. Now Im usually betting $25-$50. On a -500 I may throw down $200 for a little bump in bankroll but I tend to lose all my bets over $100 so I stay between $25 and $50.

Get familiar with the teams and their trends going into a game. Then keep in mind that there's no such thing as defense in the NBA right now lol but they will lock down occasionally. I play the quarter totals. Lock a low total in early in the quarter to go over and watch the total to peak as play progresses to lock in an under on a higher score. You can find a 10-15 point middle sometimes. Easy money. But do your due diligence. And never bet a Brooklyn Nets total to go under lol.

Usually you bet a unit on each ticket. If you are going with his suggestion of a unit being 5% of your bankroll, and you have $350…then you are betting $17.50 on each ticket. If you do 3 tickets a day then you are betting $52.50 total each day.
Whats the process if lets say you had $250 but split over two or more betting accounts. would you do 5% of your overall bankroll regardless of how much you have saved up on one site or would you do 5% based on the site amount you have? (Example: one site has $150.00 saved up (so you would do $7.50 on this site/bet) and the other site has $100.00 ($5.00/bet))
5% of total bankroll. But this is honestly an agressive amount only appropriate in the beginnning. As he says, go down to 1-2% when you get over 1K.

Parlays are the root of evil in sports betting and for your bankroll because when you win a parlay you'll be chasing that hit over and over again there was a point where I had my bankroll at $4,000 off a weekend of insane parlay hits so I started doing single plays and parlays everything was going great till I hit another big parlay then I lost 7 parlays in a row so I decided to go all in on a couple games I really liked it failed and I ended up withdrawing at $800 if I could go back in time definitely just do single bets I hope this message saves one of your bankrolls I'm currently working on building my bankroll back doing single bets

Good advice here, you may be on the right side of the bet but you have a loss..if there is a rematch you would win 9/10 times..lost once on a hockey game where the team that lost out shot the team that won by over 20 shots...stay the course do your homework.

If you ever discover a system that allows you to lose 25 times in a row at standard -110 odds or better you will be a billionaire because all you have to do going forward is bet the opposite.
