I have no doubt he is smart but this iq test seems inaccurate that they all got such high scores and 125 seemed low.
@@gordonramsdale It's unlikely 4 out of the 6 would get 130+ but remember 2 of them went to global top universities. The sample was just really biased and also too small to know if the test was bad.

Intelligence is literally what the military guy described. And there aren't "types" of intelligence either, it's all basically one thing. Other aspects that ppl talk about like "social intelligence" and "emotional intelligence" are more to do with personality
I mean that's not really true. I'm in my last year of psych and we have many accepted measures for intelligence and use combinations of tests including iq to determine inelligence
@@emilythompson3219 intelligence may be tested for in many different areas, but ultimately it's one thing that's being tested for. The correlation between data of all the areas which intelligence is tested for in is very high, meaning that doing well in one of them predicts you doing well in all of them. Even with the other ways to test for intelligence, none of them get close to the accuracy of IQ tests

A real and good iq test comes with a conversation with professional so they can also test your verbal intelligence
That isn't good - that is culturally bias. For example this may be biased against analytical quantitative people, or people from less privileged backgrounds as it is a fact that posh people speak more eloquently as that is how they have been raised. There are many academics in the world who are incredibly awkward and struggle to think of things to say in conversation and this really means nothing about their intelligence, my friend is exactly that but also is going to study a PHD in physics at the best university in my country.

A real iq test would be a good video idea
Simon is quite right that social skills is a part of intelligence, but it's more EQ than IQ. I'm suprised that none of them went above 140. I've done three independent IQ tests in the past and got 133, 136 and 139. But my IQ never got me anywhere because I also have 4 out of 6 criteria for ADD and the issues overweighed the IQ side of it. I also have a hard time reading people. I lost concentration as soon as I got bored, so subjects where I needed to study never went well. I guess I also lacked the determination to bridge over it, but because I hated school due to other things I never gave that a chance.
Also notice how your iq went up? That is common as you grow more accustomed to the questions, which shows their unreliability.
IQ test rarely shows how intelligent you are. It's like saying keepy ups show how good of a footballer you are.
Intelligence is your ability to learn and apply knowledge by solving problems and what not. The IQ test does a pretty good job at testing that so I say it does do a good job at showing how intelligent you are.
