Just a curious question…
Is it more important to get the building back, no matter how much damage you have to do to it?
My mind says that’s it’s more important to take these away from folks who don’t bother to pay over any damage. The actual cost of the buildings is relatively cheap, but if people don’t follow up on their purchase agreements, nobody would offer them!

It's a Fake one. You Fill Gray Walfat ... Walmart bags up with other bags and hang them around randomly. Different Kinds of Bees and Wasps will see it and fly away. I have one hanging in my porch to keep out the Carpenter Bees and drilling holes in my Rafters..
@@ravenlorans I know what your talking about but this one is pretty high up in a dead tree. Don't know how they would get a fake up there. I could be wrong though, wouldn't be the 1st time

Does ANYONE pay for their sheds anymore? I have 2 12x 20 one is cabin style..I paid for both in full ..I've had them 10 years. they have been moved 3x .by the .same guy. B.rhoads out of s.e. ohio. They are now at their forever home on my 6 ac. Homestead 7 miles from the large amish community in Chesterville oh..watching you repo is amazing Your talent makes it look easy and your kindness to everyone, the way you carefully handle their property..and your extra care with the kids stuff. I wonder what the story behind this house is. It looked like it was gutted & they just dumped the contents in the yard. I saw a couple toilets & shelving that looked like it was from a basement. Perhaps the foundation let water in & mold caused them to gut it. Weird.
I'm not gonna lie, that scared me when it tilted, I thought for sure it was going to tip over lol. That was some expert work on your part for it not to.

I wonder if I have a mental condition that is making me nuts? I remember when your mule looked brand spanking new and shiny. Slowly but surely, it became filthy with chipped paint. Don't you ever give it a nice cleaning, oiling, and painting? You should take care of your equipment it will last longer.
