Impressive, an elite patriot missile firing like a real IFV but with more damage on air and unlike an elite IFV, they fire 4 shots while patriot fires 2 shots.

This mod not change warhead on elite. Only apply some benefite like MORE HEALTH, REGEN, FASTER, HIGHER DAMAGE.
Other unit will change thier warhead after elited.

a dying kirov does alot of damage when it dies as the drop animation for the bomb begins.

Every promotion giving +1 cost of itself. So 1 elite patriot costs 3000$, 1 elite kirov costs 6000$.
