One thing I absolutely love about Angelina is that she never performs a song the same way twice. No matter what genre she decides to dip her toes in, at her core she is a Jazz singer. 🎼🎶

Loved your attempt to find her meanings in the lyrics. I think you pretty much hit the nail on the head, but only Angelina knows for sure, and will probably never know for sure as sh only seems to open up when she is singing. I was really impressed by the way she changed this up from previous performances, apparently spontaneously. What a marvelous talent.
She has a true artful soul. When she sings, I am drawn into her heart, and her heart is the place where her magnificent voice comes from. I especially like the way in which she sings so effortlessly, once again, from the heart and not the vocal chords. I do hope that someday I will see her in live concert. Absolutely angelic, so amazing.
She is also a wonderful songwriter. Her next Album will be great 🤗💓🌞

There are few artists of any age who could so beautifully cover such a diverse range of performers as Angelina does, and bring personal and unique interpretations to each song. Sinatra, Winehouse, Cline, Holiday, Adele, Rihanna, Elvis, and Ella, let alone perform her original material. A magnificent performance by a wonderful young woman. I hope to see her perform someday. Meanwhile, Boris, thank you for making these videos available to the world.

Holy CRAP! She is just absolutely amazing!
There are so many good things to say about this concert. A few observations. I'm glad she is not straining her voice at this age. She can use her low register to be effective without hurting her vocal cords during her growth and maturing years. I'm glad she's back in Norway. Gosh, it's so hard being a teenager, but a performing teenager in Los Angeles is extra hard. Her family is wisely giving her a chance to make it through these years intact. And, wow, she's grown so tall. Her statuesque presence at just 13 is lovely. She's taller than the guys on stage with her, and she's barefoot! She's won at the gene pool in so many ways, yet she remains a little shy and humble. That's so endearing. And as it's been said, to get a little Billy and Ella and Elvis and Amy and Adelle and a whole lot of Angelina in one concert is, well, special. A big shout out to Boris for sharing this with the world. Well done!

@@larsekman5387 I just double checked Wikipedia, last updated July 21, 2019, which says she lives in Olso and used to live in USA. I'm just assuming that is accurate.
I second your big ups to Boris. He is hugely appreciated for his efforts documenting the rise of this historic young talent.
Wikipedia data is obsolete for a long time already. Angelina lives in LA and before pandemic they visited Norway for summer and for Christmas/birthday only. The last visit took place in summer, 2019.
she really put her heart into this concert! that's great to see. This band gives her a lot more space , a big change from previous bands. Also they have a distinctly JAZZ flavor, not crossover. I hope they continue to work together. definitely a beautiful concert with incredible and passionate singing.

The ladies in the first row that you can see in the start of the video,had come all the way from Argentina just to watch this show. They did not cry, but I am sure they enjoyed the concert

She definitely sounds more comfortable singing this here than she did on the version a reacted to. Much more organic. Very nice!
May I suggest to react to this song? The lyrics of it is Angelina's own, and she has made a new arrangement of it just for this concert, it cannot be found anywhere else.

Just finished watching this and I must say that I very much love this version of Shield. Although, I also was blown away by the original version. She seems so relaxed and fluid with her interpretation that it could start to sound like a jazzier version of the same song. I think it would be awesome if there was a Jazz version. With her velvet voice, it would be amazing.
