I tried to use top producer years ago. It was so opposite of user-friendly, even for the early 2000's it was ridiculous. I was stunned that a product that had such a large potential user market was as bad as it was. I would avoid it like the plague! The price is insane. I would just look at every other option and you won't make the mistake of using them.
I've been using Top Producer for over 20 years now. I'm now looking for a new CRM due to them losing all my pre-made email, letter templates and email history! I'm totally floored. Also, searching for contact types such as top buyers, sellers, inspectors etc., is hard to do on the new Top Producer X platform. I'm looking for a CRM that prioritizes contact management, action plans geared for real estate and a great IDX.

Not sure if you shared this or not, but it's important to note that Top Producer will lock you into a contract without getting your conscious content. It's in the fine print, so just by logging in, you're agreeing to a one-year contract. Two months in, I realized the system can't do what I need it to do, and now I'm stuck paying for the rest of the year for what to me is an expensive piece of junk. This is an incredibly shady practice IMO and a huge red flag. Any company that needs to trick people and lock them in must not be providing enough value to actually win and keep business.

Top Producer is way over priced for what they offer. Very very slow in updating their system as well.
