I've owned a Switch since 2017, and just now learned of this, all by this video randomly crossing my feed, now in 2023. Thank you. I've always wondered why the Switch wasn't, right out of the box, able to do this in the first place, made to do it much easier, and even promoted as it could do so, given that even the Wii U, if I remember correctly, could even go online. Never made any sense to me, whatsoever.

This is forever ago but if anyone sees this I neeeeeed answerrrrs. I have accessed the browser time and time again but today I couldn't connect to the browser. It says a communication error was found. And no matter how many times I clear out the settings, and reset the dns, It still says the same thing

Yes it's 100% possible and a great solution to the patches from Nintendo that disallow us to basically sideload stuff like different OS's and apps.
I'd love to play beamng on my switch, sounds fun :)
