Hi Andrew! It's great to hear from you. Yeah, this game is pretty fast for the most part. Sometimes there are a lot of choices to make, and if you or your play group are prone to AP then it can stretch out a bit. But it is a really fun game and I love the interaction between the cards. It plays especially well at 2 players.
Great play through as always! I really enjoy this game. I find myself getting significant analysis paralysis trying to plan out card synergies for end game scoring. It can be a real brain burner when you start looking deeply at the card interactions.

Hello Chris! Yeah, the components are really nice. Stonemaier Games are great for that - they always put a lot of effort into making nice components! I really enjoyed Red Rising. Yeah, it does play nice and quick, but it is surprisingly deep. There are only a couple of things you can do on your turn, but the cards have great interaction between them and some of your choices can be very tough. We actually tried it as a filler last week, but everyone was having a lot of fun and we just ended up playing a few games of it.

I've looked at this game on Amazon, so I'm thankful for this playthrough--I really love the components, and it certainly seems fun, even if short!
