How many revolving lines of credit does someone need to have on their credit .. what’s the minimum amount of revolving lines of credit and how long do they need to have those cards open for? Thank you!
Yeah but I keep hearing I need 640 or higher to qualify for first time home buyer grants, then I get lenders that don’t want to work with grants because the process is too long and involved. I feel stuck in between.
The key to getting a down payment program or grant is working with a lender that specialize in that specific grant. They are thousands across the country and you really need a specialist.

That is wrong. VA does not have a credit score requirement. Lenders have credit credit score rules. We go to 550 so give me a call Tuesday 707-478-0637

Higher the score better the rates. You can rush the process and pay more in the long run. That person spent a year building there credit and probably saved them thousands of dollars.
@@JenniferBeeston they did instate this new thing that bumps up people with higher credit score rates to cover people with lower credit scores but you still save more in the long run compared to people with bare minimum. It’s just easier for people to get in the market now.

I was told to do a conventional I’d need a 720, and to avoid condos
conventional is 620 and above. Condos just like houses can have issues and it just depends which ones you are looking at
Avoid condos because they’re hard to sell and the HOAs aren’t worth it

The higher the score better the rate is not accurate anymore expect in jumbo loans.

Experian, equifax and transunion and then we use the lowest middle score.
Its the Fico 5 4 & 2 and they are very harsh graders. Im learning the hard way

What if your credit is up and you only have a student loan?
Totally fine
But when you go in with 660 instead of 640, you get a better rate. Payless in the long run.
